Adding 1 Thought Reflection because it is an amazing draw engine to cheat out early game.
I'm voting to remove 1 Celestial Colonnade because we aren't going to use it early game anyways and this means more of our lands come into play untapped.

Vote to remove one Ghostly prison for the Solitary Confinement
Vote to remove orim's chant; a one turn wrath of god is not something that is even remotely good for us. We don't care about protecting the combo, because the most they can do is stop our flash.
Vote to save Decree of Silence; It's not as if slowing the game down is a negative thing for this deck. Drop this while your opponent is top decking and you have pretty much locked them from the game. With something like power conduit, it's practically a hard lock. It should stay in where fow and counterspell shouldn't, because it's an enchantment with a usable ability PLUS the additional ability to cycle, counter a spell, and draw a card.
Adding solitary confinement. solid card here, better than the prison, plus gives you shroud. combos well with form, thought reflection, luminarch ascension.
Were gonna need some control elements in my opinion so voting to keep both Ghostly Prison at the four spot and to keep Wrath of God.
and i'll reiterate- what if they're not play many creatures? Form of the Dragon acts as a Moat, so unless they're running a lot of Fliers, FotD and four Prisons is redundant. there are more interesting ways to lockdown combat- like Energy Storm- though it works against the Ascension and the man-land.
also- Scour would love shutting down our "control". so, i'll keep petitioning to remove 2 Prisons.
Furthermore, do we NEED four ***'s? Wave of Reckoning and/or Evacuation could cause a lot of problems for our opponent(s). Yes, the ***'s help fuel the Debtors' Knell... though that's kind of narrow.

+2 Enduring Ideal. Why *WOULDN'T* you want this card in a deck consisting of winning with enchantments? Yes, it pulls away from our combo, but what are we going to do after someone drops counterspells on our Rectors? Enduring Ideal is also white, so we can hard cast it in this deck. Removes the *need* of the Rector, in case none of the Rectors make it through.

- final vote to nix Wall of Omens. we weren't planning on running any creatures, mostly hoping to win via enchantments. unless they play Tranquility and then we are screwed without Replenish or Crystal Chimes. Buh-bye Wall of Blossoms knock off.
- vote out Meishin, the Mind Cage... if we're running Form of the Dragon, Solitary Confinement, and Ghostly Prison- why bother with the Mind Cage if nothing can attack us? Mind Cage also works against Solitary Confinement- as we'll be discarding cards to fuel the Confinement, and when it finally dies- the Mind Cage will be useless.
- vote out Volition Reins. do we need to yoink something? If we do, then this deck ain't doing it's job. sure, we could yoink a planeswalker-- and i will laugh when they recast the planeswalker to kill'em both off. this control element is pointless.
- vote out Thought Reflection... we don't need to be drawing enchantments that we plan on Rector-fetching, especially if we're waiting for a Rector, a Flash, and even a Brainstorm to top deck the enchantment. Honestly Oath of Scholars works better with Solitary Confinement since we only have Brainstorm draw from once the Confinement hits the field. [srsly, if we control both enchantments, i think we can proiritize one over the other Oath/Confinement to keep from being exposed- it be laughably fun with Forced Fruition on the field. :D]
- vote off one Enduring Ideal. if somehow, we manage to cast this, we don't need a second on stuck in our hand.
- vote off one Orim's Chant... it becomes pointless, and Confinement fodder, with Solitary Confinement out, even FotD and Ghost Prisons render kicking it pointless.
- vote out two Flooded Strand... since we're apparently only running four basic land, if we manage to get them on the battlefield before we can Fetch them, then they'll sit there- wishing that we were running Trade Routes or Excavation.

Second vote to drop an enduring ideal. again, it's expensive and we'll never need two.
Change a plains to a Mistveil Plains, give us a chance to recycle our biggest targets/flashes.
Vote against FOF, Without Replenish we don't have any way to make use of the cards that are binned; it's sad to cut a card that i like playing so much, but we need the slots.
I'll vote against thought reflection as well, we really don't need the extra draw power and it doesn't do anything to help us win directly, but i will note how insane it is to cast a brainstorm with it down.

Some other options would be Ajani's Mantra, Sunspring Expedition.

- final vote to nix Wall of Omens. we weren't planning on running any creatures, mostly hoping to win via enchantments. unless they play Tranquility and then we are screwed without Replenish or Crystal Chimes. Buh-bye Wall of Blossoms knock off.
- vote out Meishin, the Mind Cage... if we're running Form of the Dragon, Solitary Confinement, and Ghostly Prison- why bother with the Mind Cage if nothing can attack us? Mind Cage also works against Solitary Confinement- as we'll be discarding cards to fuel the Confinement, and when it finally dies- the Mind Cage will be useless.
- vote out Volition Reins. do we need to yoink something? If we do, then this deck ain't doing it's job. sure, we could yoink a planeswalker-- and i will laugh when they recast the planeswalker to kill'em both off. this control element is pointless.
- vote out Thought Reflection... we don't need to be drawing enchantments that we plan on Rector-fetching, especially if we're waiting for a Rector, a Flash, and even a Brainstorm to top deck the enchantment. Honestly Oath of Scholars works better with Solitary Confinement since we only have Brainstorm draw from once the Confinement hits the field. [srsly, if we control both enchantments, i think we can proiritize one over the other Oath/Confinement to keep from being exposed- it be laughably fun with Forced Fruition on the field. :D]
- vote off one Enduring Ideal. if somehow, we manage to cast this, we don't need a second on stuck in our hand.
- vote off one Orim's Chant... it becomes pointless, and Confinement fodder, with Solitary Confinement out, even FotD and Ghost Prisons render kicking it pointless.
- vote out two Flooded Strand... since we're apparently only running four basic land, if we manage to get them on the battlefield before we can Fetch them, then they'll sit there- wishing that we were running Trade Routes or Excavation.
I think my vote is still there to remove 2 Ghostly prisons, unless richard nixed that vote again, i can't finalize that.

Change a plains to a Mistveil Plains, give us a chance to recycle our biggest targets/flashes.
Vote against FOF, Without Replenish we don't have any way to make use of the cards that are binned; it's sad to cut a card that i like playing so much, but we need the slots.
I'll vote against thought reflection as well, we really don't need the extra draw power and it doesn't do anything to help us win directly, but i will note how insane it is to cast a brainstorm with it down.
I've already cast a vote against Orim's chant, and i still think that that's one of the cards that we need least here. At three copies, we never would have seen it when we need it anyways.
