Add 1 Strands of Night: Creature Reanimation at virtually no cost. Tutorable with Guard. Fun: discard guard to tutor this out. cast kokopuffs. cast this, sac a land to return guard. sac puffs to guard at an opportune time. Next turn, bring back puffs. sac puffs, etc...
Add two copies of Debtor's Knell for late game recursion fun.

-Add one Exsanguinate: Great way to gain life and a win condition

Blood Tithe- Exsanguinate should feed our lifegain needs esp with our 4 of kokopuffs.
I'm going to assume that someone at the table is playing combo, as of now our deck is completely helpless to combo, so I am going to add four copies of Thoughtseize. I'm sure a lot of people will vote against it and it likely won't make the final cut but it's really the only answer black has to combo decks.
This puts us at 76 cards and thus in the removal phase only. From now on no more cards, outside of lands, can be added to the deck.
Okay, from there I will vote to:
-Remove Grave Pact: Doesn't fit with the deck anymore.

Remove thoughtseize: Sideboard card at best. Doesn't have any place in the main deck here.
Remove Mortivore: Overlaps with Korlash, bonehoard is better. Being big is not a reason to not make a creature bigger.
Remove Oversold Cemetary: Won't be turned on consistently enough, won't be seen very much as a one of anyways.
Remove Mox Jet: An extra one mana isn't going to help very much at any point in the game. If dark ritual can't make it, this one doesn't have a chance. With only one copy, it makes draws very swingy.
Remove- Mortivore[/card & Bonehoard- the deck set up doesn't support these cards. sure, it supposed to be a multiplayer oriented deck but with a limited number of creature removal spells on our side, playing these would a crapshoot.
Snuff Out & Go For the Throat- why do we have 1 copy of these kill spells? doesn't make any sense just to run one of each if we can't transmute into them.
Mox Jet... um... why not run Black Lotus while we're at it? early game, great card. late game, very moot.
anywho- 4 Barren Moor, sure with 15 swamps we could Mutilate for 15, and have a 15/15 Korlash... we could cycle these once we have plenty of lands and possibly get something more useful.

In favor of Oversold Cemetery and Aphetto Dredging- usally I'd be waffling on them and not adamant, but with coffers we can have the mana that this "too expensive" trick is well worth it. We can transmute for more Dimirs and then after pitching em to the yard pick em back up with the Dredging or one at a time with a Cemetery. It gives us steam to build back our hand and answers and if we keep Mindslicer that would be a really nice plan. We can pump out Swamps like no tomorrow with Aphetto Dredging too. One Dredging will grab 6 lands if we have 3 korlash in the yard.
Also 2 coffers and 8 swamps is 20 mana and we can easily grab swamps out to the 7+s with Korlash. Don't underestimate how important reoccuring Dimirs can be.
Voting to remove Barren Moor- Korlash and Coffers really like swamps the ETB tapped is rough too- I doubt we will usually be reaching for stuff to do if we keep the recursion to hand stuff as well.
Voting against Mox Jet. I feel that Moxen do not belong in the GMaDs.
Voting against Bane of the Living this is our only morph creature in our deck and in order to tutor for it we have to reveal it so it will never be a surprise. Mutilate is better than this so I am voting for more of Mutilate as well.
Voting against Go For the Throat because it doesn't belong at one copy because it can't be tutored for and we need to make cuts.
I also like to imagine that he has a rotating torso (like a metallic graft that fuses his upper and lower body together), so he can spin all around, leveling everything within 20ft of him to rubble.
Vote against adding another Mutilate, we have four sweepers already and a ton of tutoring we should be good.
Remove one Fleshbag Marauder, deck needs to be thinned and with Volrath's Stronghold and other ways to get creatures back we have three should be enough.
Remove Thoughtseize, too conditional for multiplayer probably.
Were down to 61 cards just need one more vote to remove one Fleshbag Marauder and that would put us at 60.

Fleshbag Marauder- he can't be Transmuted, so all he is is a walking and expensive Innocent Blood, if only to sac our Kokusho... why not run Abyssal Gatekeeper?
Bane of the Living- so we transmute into him, then overpay for a Mutilate? why not just run more Mutilates? [we could use more]
Thoughtseize- with cards like Duress and Ostracize, i'd rather run those than lose 2 life.
Aphetto Dredging- too narrow, even if we're only planning of bouncing House Guard/Korlash to our hands to exploit them some more. why not- Soul Strings, Death's Duet, Urborg Uprising, Morbid Plunder and/or Death Denied?
Grim Discovery has synergy with the Strands of Night...
