I did like Reassembling Skeleton as it would be good with Grave Pact but it's looking like Grave Pact won't be good in this deck since were likely to not have that many creatures and mainly fatties it looks like so I'll go along and vote against Reassembling Skeleton as well.
Sorceeress Queen I'm not in love with and I think these spots could be used better, voting against it as well.
Voting to keep Kokusho, the Evening Star it's pretty much hands down the best finisher you can have in black in multiplayer and arguably the best in any color at all.
Voting to just remove one Exsanguinate as it's insanely strong in mono black especially if we have Cabal Coffers which we should hopefully. At the same time though you really only want it late game so I think three copies is a bit excessive I usually play with two copies so voting to remove just one copy of it.
I'm not arguing that Kokopuffs isn't a great card; I just think that having it at such a high number and so early pulls way too much focus away from the card we're supposed to be focusing on -- Dimir House Guard. This isn't supposed to be a generic black deck where you just slot in all the best black cards, this is supposed to be a deck that includes all the best ways to use the house guard, and the cards that are being added that don't interact with the house guard have little place in this deck. In fact, I'll be voting out every card whose reason for inclusion isn't trivial and doesn't explain how it benefits the guard.
I'll finalize the vote to nix Pestilence...
even though i know this next card won't last long in this deck, i'll suggest it as an alternate way to narc Kokusho- 2 Spined Fluke. Transmute the House Guard into the fluke, drop the fluke, sac Kokusho, gain 5x life and hopefully we'll have enough creatures to bounce back via the cemetary.
if not, then the cemetary is looking pretty moot in the deck right now...
SELVAXRI! King of Misfortune & Master of Rocket Launchers "Do ya feel lucky? Because you'd better start runnin' while you still can." 375 Misfortune {+3 signed AP's} & 104 Rocket Launcher (41 AQ/ 63 Rev) Edgar Rice Burroughs, forgotten legend of the word.
Voting to add 4 Cabal Coffers. What better way to abuse a dark ritual, or just generate a swamp load of mana to use. It has great synergy with Exsanguinate too.
I'll also add another vote to remove 2 copies of Syphon Mind, it's a great card, but I don't think we need 4 of them.
I also want to add a vote to include 2 more Phyrexian Obliterator. He is a great win condition, and is worthy of a tutor, or a draw.
Bah, thought Transmute tutored for cards with cmc equal to or less than the cards CMC. my mistake, though i still think Spined Fluke is a nifty cards to have in the deck- how are they gonna frag a Kokusho? why would they want to?
i have another suggestion- a card that can be transmuted into that could be fun- Hell's Caretaker...

Vote to remove fluke; wrong cmc, and i don't actually like kokopuffs here, so cards that support it don't have much reason to be here. Besides, the guard itself is a nice enough sac outlet.
My vote to drop obliterators to 1 got lost when it went to 4. Readding it. Brings it back into the toolbox, and again, i think that this is a really weak card in multiplayer -- eats GFT and exile spells like nobody's business, and you'll be a huge target once it drops.
Atleast Pestilence is good with lifegain and multiplayer. The only thing the Obliterator is good for is making the deck cost $20+ more than it really should.

obliterator is probably the biggest multiplayer rattlesnake that i've seen. stops attacks cold and shuts due red global burn.
with a turn 2 dark ritual you put some real board pressure on the game.

The problem with rattlesnakes is that your opponents will make a marked effort, even teaming up, to get rid of them. And once the snake is gone, there's nothing to stop them from killing you to prevent you dropping another. At least, that's my experience with multiplayer.
Voting against Nightmare void as it seems a bit weak for a 4 mana spell. If you're after discard, Honden of Night's Reach, Persecute, and Unmask are all good options at 4 cmc, and the Ill Gotten Gains + Leyline of the Void package is pretty evil. If you're after dredge and that's the best card that's available, perhaps that angle should be reconsidered. Maybe Strands of Night, and just recur the threats we draw instead of trying to dump a bunch out at the same time?
Also voting down grave pact; It doesn't play well with our big 4+ cmc dudes. One or the other has got to go, and it looks like a lot of people still haven't gotten over how shiny obliterator is. Maybe we should drop obliterator or most of the obliterators for now, since it really isn't great here, and we build the next deck around it? Seems like it'd be pretty good with something like... Pariah. Or maybe Arena...

how are the House Guards a "nice enough" sac outlet, if they're gonna be in the graveyard after transmute- since they aren't much but tools to get what we want.
since my card got voted out, let's see about adding 2 Hell's Caretaker. We can have fun using one to bounce two seperate Kokusho's back and forth-- and by golly, he can be Transmuted! Oh yeah, and he can also revive the Big Boss Man.
Anywho- Voting out: Oversold Cemetary- we don't have enough creatures for the Cemetary to be beneficial; unless of course we find a way to get two or three of Kokusho in our graveyard after we Transmute the House Guards.
Nightmare Void- yeah, i don't see a reason for it being here.

Vote Caretaker and Mindslicer down by 1 each; I think both are excellent inclusions, but we should definitely reinforce the toolbox theme here. You hardly want to see more than one 'slicer, and there seem to be a few ways to bring him back. Caretaker I'm not sure about. Having two out would be great, but multiples might just be overkill, especially if we end up with some other kind of reanimation (Really liking strands of night for some reason.) like zombify or similar.

that's my experience as well. but cards like kokuso, dread even michiko konda require that players have answer in hand. if not they have to play around them. the effects are so powerful that playing around them is a huge disadvantage.
that's my experience as well. but cards like kokuso, dread even michiko konda require that players have answer in hand. if not they have to play around them. the effects are so powerful that playing around them is a huge disadvantage.
But that doesn't apply with obliterator. Dread, Kokusho, the Evening Star, and Michiko Konda, Truth Seeker are still threats when you swing with them. With obliterator, if you don't swing, you've got a 5/5 trample wall and nobody attacking you till they find removal, and all your opponents swing at you since you don't have a big scary blocker anymore; swing, and you get through for five if they weren't holding removal, and all of your opponents swing at you since you don't have a big scary blocker anymore. It's not that it's not a good card, but that this kind of creature is better in duels. I don't really think that it has a place in this deck.
Adding 4 Korlash, Heir to Blackblade; Monoblack Explosive Vegitation! Accelerates mana to help us tutor and cast the tutored card in the same turn if we want, plus, he's a nightmare that regenerates! This is fighting for slots with the obliterator, and is significantly better for the deck, so i'm changing my vote against the obliterators from -3 to removal.
