we have a bit of everything. i am against thoughtseize. we don't need it in this deck especially the direction we are going with it. I would much rather have thoughtseize replaced with cultivate or golgari signet. also if we put in reki, i would vote against phyrexian arena.

What do we still need??
I'm thinking all we need is some ramp (could be Golgari Signet, Rampant Growth, or Cultivate) and some more card advantage (could be Sylvan Library or Harmonize). We also may need a big gun creature for a win condition, something like Deity of Scars would work here.
Don't think we need Deity of Scars, we can beat quite good with the crew we have now, ramp and more CA should be the way to go about finishing this deck.

I gotta disagree with Bbearz that Thoghtseize is not needed. It's not needed if all you play against is aggro, although it's still decent against aggro, but if you play against control it's pretty helpful and if you play against combo it's insanely good.
Gonna vote to remove one Time of Need. We have four copies of Vhati il-Dal already anyways in the deck so I don't think we need three fetchers, and the other legends that are one of's have huge CMC's so we won't need till later anyways. Plus, were gonna need to trim eventually so why not just do it now?

Now that we have Phyrexian Arena and Thoughtseize as well as the pain lands Llanowar Wastes could Primal Command be better than Time of Need as a creature fetcher since it will let us gain some life back?? What do people think about that?
Also, would Profane Command be applicable here? It's very versatile, can let us get Vhati il-Dal or something else back from the grave and serve as more removal.
I agree with the Primal Command, but I still think Time of Need is good to have.

I'm torn between adding two copies of Harmonize, because I feel we need more card advantage than just Phyrexian Arena, and adding two copies of Golgari Signet, because we need mana ramping. I think Golgari Signet is more appropriate for this deck than Cultivate because our 3 CMC spot is so full already and our 2 CMC spot is pretty empty.

It's ok... and it fits Vhati. But in the end, I think Night of Soul's Betrayal is better because it affects all creatures at once and you don't need to lock up mana each turn to play it again.
