I guess a good strategy with this card is to make sure the top card of your library isn't a land so that it gets casted without paying the cost. So to improve the chances, I'll add 4 Scrying Sheets.
Voting to remove Etched Champion, I don't see us playing a ton of artifacts, as we aren't gonna play artifact lands since we have Scrying Sheets in the deck, and Etched Champion as only really strong with equipment and most of the really strong equipment is out of our price range.
Oh thats right Legacy banlist LOL I missed that, well looks like we are going to have to think of something else for mana acceleration as we are definitely going to need some since our main card costs six.

Sphere of the Suns or Everflowing Chalice could be as okay choice. It could be interesting to do urza lands with artifact acceleration/artifacts for colored mana. Thoughts anyone?

Adding 2 sphinx of jwar isle. will help see top deck at all times. i don't know if it actually helps with omen machine. i have never played with a card like it so don't be so mean if you vote to remove it. = =
Conundrum Sphinx is very counter intuitive to this decks goal and theme card. We don't want to draw the card we've scry'd to the top, we want it to stay there so omen machine lets us play it.
That will just result in us having an unknown card be on top and be played unless we use another scry ability.
yeah. you're right. i was more considering grabbing the cards we want BEFORE omen. since it's a 4 drop, but that doesn't give you many turns until omen. though you could always name the wrong card and avoid drawing it. only problem is the reveal of it... i still think its a good card, but maybe not perfect for this.
I'm unsure about soothsaying yet.. 1 may be the right number, or may be too few to be worth the card slot.
edit: after some thought I'm going to vote to keep soothsaying at 2 copies. It is very cheap and will likely end up being a good place to sink mana that we dont need at the end of our opponents turn, and it works great with The Machine.
edit2: can someone justify Wheel and Deal to me? It seems like an expensive way to draw 1 card while potentially giving our opponents a TON of card advantage and fuel. I don't see why this is good.

Our main card costs six mana and so far we have zero mana ramping so I don't think we need more than two Fabricate voting against adding more.
Sphinx of Jwar Isle is a great win condition vote to add two more copies of it.
Conundrum Sphinx isn't worth a spot in the deck, vote against it.
Vote to add another copy of Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir as that is incredibly tech that it will completely shut down the opponent, completely!!
