We should be putting in things like Legendary Eldrazi, Sundering Titan, and other normally prohibitively cost fatties with great ETB abilities if we want to actually abuse Omen Machine. Sphinx of Jwar Isle is all well and good, but we're not really thinking big enough. The deck should really be focused on ramping into Omen Machine, and then manipulating your library to get the fatties out for free.
Vote against Sphinx: Jwar isle is too cheap to be the deck's finisher, it comes down the same turn as omen machine. Why waste a drop on omen machine when sphinx kills in 4 turns anyways?
Keep Conundrum, it gets around the "can't draw" of machine, and lets us have spells to cast past the one from omen machine. Oops, not the card i thought it was. Vote rescinded. Lets get Fact or Fiction Sphinx into this deck.
Vote against eyes of the watcher: not many spells in the deck. gone.
Vote against Ancestral Knowledge: Soothsaying is better since we'll usually have an empty hand.
Adding 4 Lantern of Insight: Lets us see what they're playing next turn, and gives a last ditch chance to get rid of it.
I don't think we need tutors with soothsaying in the deck (maybe liliana, but she suffers from the planeswalker rule with the forced cast.)
Finishing off the votes to kill Eyes of the Watcher, since we don't need that much library manipulation and we're also lacking the cheap Instants and Sorceries that would make it useful.
Voting off Conundrum Sphinx too. If our opponent has anything like a Sensei's Divining Top or Sylvan Library, they'll be able to profit from this and it looks like we're intending to lock them down under our Machine.

Adding in 4 Worn Powerstone. We need some ramp to actually cast Omen Machine. I'd consider Cloudpost/Other Cloudpost that gains life, but Scrying Sheets is just way too strong to disregard.
Are we allowed to vote against adding more copies of a card? Cause...I like Jwar Isle where it is, but I don't think we need 4. I think we should maybe focus on, like has been said, big, ETB creatures.

If i'm reading Omen Machine corrently, the "if able" clause means that players can't cast any permanent spells unless they have flash. Good call on the Teferi.
two things i see that would totally kill in this deck- Scroll Rack (allows us to replenish our hand as it isn't a draw effect), and Arcane LAboratory.
That said, 2 Arcane Laboratory. Yes, it forces all players to a one-spell-per-turn, but with Teferi out- they can't do anyhting during our turn. it also combo's nicely with the Omen Machine- either the play the card exiled via the Omen machine and lock themselves for the turn; or let the card go to play something else.
also, wouldn't Thran Dynamo be jsut as good as the Worn Powerstone? Powerstone drops for tapped and only taps for :2mana:; dynamo drop for :4mana:- a turn after Powerstone, and can be tapped immediately for :3mana:.
Furthermore, Wall of Tears would be a mean late game blocker, especially with Tefer's Laboratory in effect...

I don't know how it hasn't gotten that vote, either. I vote to up Teferi by 1, as he is an absolute lock on the opponent. We empty their hand with Wheel and Deal, take care of their permanents somehow, ftr casting our bomb, Teferi. Now we just need creature displacement/removal...
I'll vote against Savor the Moment and Ancestral Knowledge to tidy things up a bit (knocks both out)...they aren't essential, and that leaves us with a fairly solid core to optimize. Also corrected card numbers, etc.
@Trokair: The point of lantern is to see what your opponents will be casting on thier turns. If it's something scary, you force them to shuffle it away.

For reference look at the wording of Posessed Portal, which has a replacement effect. One can stack Tomorrow and Portal's replacement effects so that one ends up with a card.
In contrast Machine prevents the draw alltogether, so there's nothing for Tomorrow to replace to begin with, thus no card.

Voting to keep Crystal Ball as it's money and let's us put the crap on the bottom of our deck and isn't as mana intensive as Soothsaying. I'd be all for removing one of them but not for removing all of them.
Vote to keep Drift of Phantasms, I could care less about it's transmute ability because it's a good wall that happens to also have that and I face a ton of aggro and I know most of you do too because we usually build our decks as anti aggro decks in these GMaD's and without Drift of Phantasms speedy aggro and tribal decks will just roll over us before we get ready.
Vote against adding more Soothsaying I feel it's good at two copies.

Vote against Ancestral Knowledge we already have a ton of library manipulation.
Vote against Arcane Laboratory as we don't want it down until Omen Machine is down and by that time we should have a lock on the opponent via Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir.
Also, people remember the Omen Machine costs six mana to come out and right now our only early defense is the four Fog Bank so we may want to consider some more early defense a la Plumeveil or Guard Gomazoa or Counterspell or Echoing Truth.
Also, note that Omen Machine locks out all drawing but Fact or Fiction isn't drawing so that card would be money here.
