Green and black have far better cheat mechanisms, many are off limits due to cost (Natural Order) but many more aren't. Our blue cheatt consists of 1 Flash considering it's restricted... That's not adding a lot of value.
Altar of Dementia is a great card. It does nothing for us. Putting cards into an opponents GY is not advantage. You have just as much chance of removing tons of junk as hitting his good cards, statistically speaking you really change no odds; this assumes he isn't using his GY as a resource, because if he is, you are helping him.
Blasting Station untaps when a creature comes into play. Moldgraf puts creatures into play. It can go infinite with Saffi. Not my favorite piece, but it does work. I agree that it feels weak.
We need to look more to ways to cheat big creatures into play. Call of the Wild can do it with library manipulation from blue, should we choose.
Right now, we are in 4 colors. Green, white, black, and blue.
-Blue is currently adding one cheat spell, 2 more effect spells, and card draw. Card draw can be addressed in green (harmonize) and black, if needed. So blue is adding... 1 Flash.
-White gives us Saffi, which is an extra resurrection effect, and a cheat for moldgraf. This can be replicated to an extent in green Reincarnation and black Tortured Existence. The fact that Saffi can help us in many more ways, can be returned by Moldgraf, and has more early game flexibility makes me like her more.
-Black gives us an extra way to cheat moldgraf and early creature kill/defense. This can be replaced by white removal, green removal (Acidic Slime is great early defense), and green recusion (Reincarnation).
I think either blue or black is our weaker color, as both of their effects are easily replaced in other colors. Between the two, I see black as having more potential to add value, mainly because blue doesn't have much else to offer out of Flash. Mask of the Mimic is cute, but essentially doesn't add that much value. Verdant Succession could add similar value of use.
theBlueMuzzy has a valid point about trying to hardcast this guy. He's expensive, and surviving until that point will not be easy.
PLEASE BEAR IN MIND WE ARE AT 70 CARDS. 5 MORE AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ADD ANY MORE. Please, lets trim a few things out before adding any more.

i appreciate your thorough response. you make some great points that i wasn't considering about blue (that we only have 1 flash). i think i was considering adding more but didn't realize it was restricted. blue seemed like the cheapest way to cheat big creatures into play early. then there's always oath of druids for green, but i dont know if it's restricted/too costly for this setup. i see what you're saying about altar and mostly agree. if we're not going full mill, then it's not as good.
we should add some gy manipulation. to control which creatures we have in the grave so we have a better chance of pulling out what we want at random. black is good for this. so maybe Green, White, Black. Or green black, and some way of easily producing a white for when we cast saffi.
Though it pains me to see Mulldrifter go, at least my buddy Shriekmaw is still in the deck, so I'll live =)

-1 Flash: With only a single copy and no ways to tutor for it (Yet), I'd almost rather use something like Dramatic Entrance or Lure of Prey

I'm tempted to vote out Blasting Station, since again, it's a combo piece and we're yet to include any tutoring, but I'll leave it up to the OP to decide if he wants an insta-win combo in his deck or not. Voting against Saffi would go along with it, and keep the deck B/G as well. What do you guys think?
I'll add the last vote to up Beast Within to a playset. It's just an all around great card that has some neat synergy with the star of our show.
Maybe we should have just let the deck get up to 75 cards, since everyone seems to be losing interest. I'm starting to think that Fauna Shaman is vital to this deck. So, I'm voting to add 1 Fauna Shaman and I'm adding 3 Worldly Tutor. Our GMAD decks never have enough one-drops and the tutor will be good for getting the Shaman or Monstrosity. Magiccards.info isn't diplaying prices right now, so I'm not sure if they are in budget.

This one may have lasted a while, but its because we had a weak focus at the start, I'm starting to like where this is going now. If anything should be taken from this as a lesson: be aggressive with votes early on. Trimming out conflicting themes can help keep us focused.

I think the last 4 additions should be fatties to throw into the graveyard. We only currently have 4, not counting the Monstrosity. For some reason, magiccards.info is still not showing prices for me. I want to add 2 Kokusho, the Evening Star but I don't know if it is in budget.
Gonna go ahead and add in a singleton Gigapede. It's a pretty cool, hard to kill beater that doubles as a discard outlet for some of our other creatures.
Plus, I always liked the guy and there's a foil one sitting in my binder for some reason
Yosei, the Morning Star is nice with the Minion Reflector : we can deal 5 damage and tap 5 permanent for a turn !
That... doesn't work as well as you think it does. Or it works far better. Yoshi is Legendary. The token will kill him. They'll also collectively tap down 10 permanents and make the opponent skip 2 untap steps, which I guess is pretty darn cool.
Maybe things will speed up if we get to the removal phase. I'm adding 4 Greenseeker. It helps get lands plus it helps get creatures in the graveyard for the Monstrosity.
Did Yosei get added into the deck before Rabid's post? I couldn't tell. I'm wondering whether Silverglade Pathfinder would've been better for the deck than Greenseeker, but 1 drops are never bad.

Looks good to me. This deck seems pretty well put together too. A lot of fun interactions and Moldgraf Monstrosity is definitely a key card. We've got tutors, card draw, removal, resiliency. Couldn't ask for much more.

Another idea would be to use the minion reflector theme more. Set up a heavy G/B dredge theme with bigstuff, use reclaim effects to set up a cheap monstrosity via call of the wild or dramatic entrance, and then use the reflector to make tokens that die easily. Toss in a sac outlet like Greater Good and you can combo with call of the wild and Golgarri Thug:
-cheat monstrosity.
-sac monstrosity.
-sac thug, put monstrosity on top of library.
-return 2 creatures.
-cheat monstrosity.
-if thug did not get returned, dredge.
-repeat.
Improptu Raid can give us extra budget copies of call of the wild.
