some things to think about:
-putting lots of cards in the grave
-allowing for multiple uses of his ability
-playing card from grave (maybe dredge)
-accel to get him out asap
-potentially duplicating him.
Here are the rules:
1. Follow The Official GMAD rules.
2. Follow all forum rules.
3. Vintage restricted list - but we don't have to be super strict on this, i just don't want to abuse stuff mostly. i dont mind having two demonic tutors in a deck, etc
4. Explain each card choice, and remember to check if someone else made an addition before you so we don't need to make any retroactive changes.
5. No cards above 30$ a piece.
Organ Grinder? an odd creature to try to build a deck around...
let's see about 2 Mind Maggots. with a bunch of little creatures, or with enough Dredge creatures, we can have a fairly big beast providing fodder for the Grinder.
SELVAXRI! King of Misfortune & Master of Rocket Launchers "Do ya feel lucky? Because you'd better start runnin' while you still can." 375 Misfortune {+3 signed AP's} & 104 Rocket Launcher (41 AQ/ 63 Rev) Edgar Rice Burroughs, forgotten legend of the word.

It's hard to believe I've never participated in these.
I'll read over the rules, but can I suggest some things without adding? I have to run, but Grinder is a pet card of mine, so I wanted to suggest any of the following:
I have to say, a few zombies might help this deck out: Armored Skaab, Screeching Skaab, and probably others. Also, they somehow seem right here, because the deck's centerpiece is himself (herself?) a zombie. We could have a zombie sub-theme...just saying...
Also, I strongly favor theBlueMuzzy's suggestions above.
Adding 4 Screeching Skaab, for being a decent two-drop that FEEDS THE GRINDER.
EDIT: Those two (above) are actually the only zombies that might help, methinks. My bad.
Adding 2 Rings of Brighthearth for multiple uses of his ability. Makes him more of a threat. 3 cards from the yard now equals 6 life loss.
There tons of creatures that benefit from this card. None have been added yet really but I think it inevitable that someone will.
I wanted to add two gaea's Blessing (not my suggested card) as an 'in case of decking' situation, but I don't think we're close enough to the situation.
Adding 3x Deep Analysis - I know flashback 'goes against' the idea that we want cards to sacrifice to Organ Grinder, but if we're dumping cards into the grave yard I think we can stand to gain some benefit from the card. Oh, and it's super splashable for it's effects.
voting against:
All dark ritual (-1); why do we need a one-shot mana ramp? Mana ramp only really works in AIR and combo.
all Glimpse the Unthinkable (-1); I would rather we use relevant cards that we can potentially recrue with dredge for this purpose than straight mill.
all Memory Sluice (-1); See above, I don't like the idea of self mill for the sake of self mill.
Even if the author is silenced, the performance is stopped, the story will not end.
Whether it's a comedy or a tragedy, if there is cheering, the story will continue on.
Just like the many lives.

Adding 2 new Jace. They let us draw/mill which can trigger dredge (which there doesn't seem to be much of in this deck...). Or just be a Glimpse each turn for free.
Or they can go on the offensive in certain situations for a random mill victory.

A lot of people add card for milling herself but if we mill herself how can we draw Organ Grinder to use it... Personnaly I will prefer a orientation Draw/Discard than pure selfmill because we can choose what we keep and what we can dump into grave. For this reason I vote to remove Glimpse, Jace, Memory.
I vote to remove Dark Ritual because it's card disadvantage in a deck that we need card advantage.
I add 4 Careful Study because it's only fillter and dump thing into grave. Amazing cards card for this type of deck.
voting out Puppet strings, because it's not as good ad rings of brighthearth
been testing, and if we have a tombstalker and no glimpse, we're gonna be too low in the grave to use the grinder, so i'm voting FOR glimpse.
voting against memory sluice. self mill is bad compared to draw and choice of discard.
voting out dark ritual, nothing is 3 black that we need to ramp into on turn 1,2, whatever.
voting UP darkblast, it's been incredibly useful, especially with multiple.
voting down tombstalker by 2. he's so strong, and expensive, we dont need too many.
adding 2 Vexing Sphinx. been testing it out and it ends up being a beast, even helped me draw into multiple grinders, though only one on the field is a good idea.
lets try not to add cards in 4s. this is a tricky deck and i dont want to see it end too soon because someone gets greedy. lets give everyone a chance to vote on stuff.
that is so weird, because I hand added him to the post in an edit

I'll echo the votes against ritual, glipse, and sluice. There are a lot more productive ways to self-mill, Frantic Search alone would be better, not to mention something like Faithless looting.
I'll also toss a vote against Mind Maggots. Much as it's fun to play with old cards most people have never seen, the maggots are just bad. We have more productive ways of getting cards into the graveyards (any looter type creature is better), and there are far better aggro cards than this.
I like the looter il-Kor, and I think an unblockable-type damage theme could be very strong with this. We could also toss in Mask of Memory for more of this filtration effect.
Threshold effects should be easy to reach as well, something like Decaying Soil could provide us with continual board advantage.

since we don't have a lot of fodder for the Maggots (as much as I love them), they've become useless. So, i'm voting against my original addition. damn you, standard players.
with very limited methods to get cards in our graveyard, having multiple copies of this card- paired with Rings of Brightearth, we won't have anywhere enough fodder for multiple grinds.
voting to remove 2 of them. i also don't see what's so "obligatory" about a playset... can we get a better reasoning behind adding this card?
also voting to remove 2 Tombstalker, since it was overlooked, it's a nice card, but we won't have enough fodder to fuel all four of them... 2 would suffice.

Thought Gorger seems better and worse than Maggots.
Stinkweed Imp seems obvious.
Magewright's Stone, Puppet Strings, Thousand-Year Elixir or Umbral Mantle might be fun to pair with Grinder.
Take what you will, I'll be back to watch the deck.
