RabidVacin's post is only 66 cards. As such, I'll vote to bump the frantic search up to 4, as Rabid initially intended.
with very limited methods to get cards in our graveyard, having multiple copies of this card- paired with Rings of Brightearth, we won't have anywhere enough fodder for multiple grinds.

Seems like a fair reason to vote against. Especially with the rings, in hindsight, though we do want to get at least 1 out, and preferably sooner than later.
As for a more official reason for the add: It gives our guys haste, especially if we get to add in a few looters. It's an alternate way to untap the grinder, and a cheap one at that, for only 1 mana. Multiples don't hurt either, as untapping for only 1 is a very low cost to use. While the Organ Grinder may run out of fuel, if we have any looter creature(Cephalid Broker), they would be able to use the elixir as well, giving us more fuel, faster.

Bog Witch provides constant supply of Dark Ritual which gives us mana for a Ring/Elixir double-whammy, and graveyard fodder. Tidal Bore would be interesting as an untap mechanic with providing possible graveyard fodder. Magewright's Stone could be a better alternative to Puppet Strings-- it's cheaper to activate [b]and[/c] the Grinder has a activated ability!

I don't necessarily agree with your sentiments, in what way is it disjointed?
I feel that the strategy (while unrefined) is fairly cemented at this point. The deck aims to focus on filling up the graveyard while filtering and then use that to fuel our win-conditions.
we have 12 spell based ways of draw/filter, 9 of which interact with the graveyard.
we have 10 creature based ways to fill up the graveyard.
we have 6-8 graveyard based win conditions (ideally, I'd add a few more)
I guess we need to make a choice here, do we go:

If we go with Aggro, we may want to cut a few of the spell based drawing, Promise of Power, and Careful Study would be my choice. The 'extra spells' suite of cards we have (i.e.: all our artifacts) would also be awkward in the deck as well.

Adding 3 Dakmor Salvage to our land placeholders due to Dredge effects. Only three because it comes into play tapped.
Voting to remove Puppet Strings. Gone. If we want to use it the turn it comes into play, it's costing us 5 mana, which I feel is too expensive for what it does.
I think it'd make a great addition - it'd be incredible on Organ Grinder, and would essentially make Arcanis the Omnipotent a slightly bigger Morphling with "1: Draw three cards."
Vote to remove Promise of Power. With the addition of Null Brooch, the hand is probably going to be empty so the demon making ability is neutered a little and there are better draw engines.
Adding 2 Jace's Archivist. Potential to refill a hand and disrupt the opponent. It also feeds the graveyard early game.
Adding 2 Trespasser il-Vec because it's a great way to get another 3 damage through and get rid of a card, only issue is that it's a 3 drop and competes with the drop for the grinder, however, in play testing i've found he's a superb turn 4 drop, put him down, discard a card for no reason, other than to fill the grave, and use the grinders ability. next turn you've got more fodder and 6 damage.
what about some madness destroy creature like Dark Withering pretty decent, we seem to always have a discard engine and it's basically a doomblade for 1 mana in this deck.
adding 2 Oath of Scholars. since odds are we'll be dropping cards, we could use a reliable source to replenish our hand.
bonus, we could drop our hand if a player has more than us.

Most of the cards we pitch to Bog Witch are going to be better than a dark ritual. Go up by 2 in the land count if we are actually worried about mana.

i agree- Fog Bank, Psychic Membrane, Wall of Tears, or even Wall of Souls-- in the place of Tombstalker, which eats away our Grinder'fodder, for early defense as we're aiming to whittle away our opponent-- not truly beat them to a pulp; and we can run more toolbox spells.

instead of making them actually pay to attack, why not No Mercy and create a deterant from actually attacking or even pinging us?
i agree- Fog Bank, Psychic Membrane, Wall of Tears, or even Wall of Souls-- in the place of Tombstalker, which eats away our Grinder'fodder, for early defense as we're aiming to whittle away our opponent-- not truly beat them to a pulp; and we can run more toolbox spells.
Mental Discipline or Unfulfilled Desires can substitute some of the draw spells
