How so? My reason for including it was that you can either attack with some creatures, blink the Shepherd and get all your creatures back (allowing you to reuse a lot of enters the battlefield abilities), or you can block with a lot of them and if Twilight Shepherd dies you can use it to get all your other creatures back (or, if it doesn't die you can use Momentary Blink to trigger it and get your creatures back anyway).

I don't like WWW in the casting cost of a creature in a UW deck.
Glimmerpoint stag could go down to a 2 of. Twilight shephard is a bit too late to arrive to really help when needed, and her mana cost is white heavy. Mistmeadow witch isn't something you need early in the game, so it's fine as a 2 of. Cloudstone doesn't need multiples so it's fine at 2. On fiend hunter though, I don't see how journey is necessarily a better choice. I'm on the fence.
I know this is mostly altered via agreement for removing card(s), but can someone (maybe the OP) take it down a notch. 75 cards is wayyyy to much. I usually go 64, max, so I can see this stopping at 66 max (mostly because not all agree w/ my 60-64 card ranges). It's one thing to, as a group, make a playable and fun deck, but because it's casual, doesn't mean the deck should be this large.

Going with the highest number of votes makes no sense. 2 votes to remove all, and 1 vote to remove 1, should not remove all of them. The 3rd person did not want all of them gone. However, the converse works to remove two, as the first two people wanted all of them gone, which includes wanting 2 of them gone. The final tally would be, 2 of CARD removed, with 2 votes to remove the rest of the remainder.

It's not because it's "felt like it," votes of higher number include those of a lower number. A person who wants to cut three objects, also wants to cut 2 objects. Another way of saying 2 votes to cut all, and 1 vote to cut two, is saying: 3 votes to cut two, and 2 votes to cut the remainder.

I'm fond of any options that include Goats. I liked the idea of an aggro deck with the tokens, but the combo version would probably fare better in a multiplayer setting.

voting to remove Mulldrifter and Man-o'-War- i don't think we can use the sundial in time to keep the mulldrifter, and the man-o'-war is too out of place when we're Flickering everything. that and also, let's try to keep this deck as white as possible.
adding 2 Skycloud Expanse to help with the Mistmeadow witch until we can manage to pull a Springjack Pasture. also, it's $1.90 pricetag is more managable than Mystic Gate's nigh $7 pricetag.
and i'm also turning the rest of the placeholder lands to Plains.

you guys have barely any turn 1 or two or 3 drops and you're cutting stonehorn? he's there to make up for lost time by stopping any further attacks.. you need a little control in a deck that doesn't do anything. been play testing it and it dies pretty easily to any creature overrun deck, or creature control deck. i think keeping the stone horn helps to gain us board position.

I just checked the deck list, and Stonehorn Dignitary is still there. Participants are able to vote to keep him if they so choose.
I've said it before and I'll say it again...there is no rule that says if one chooses to build a GMAD deck, one must strictly abide by the final deck list.
Having said that, I'm adding the final vote to cut Sun Titan. He's a singleton that might be helpful, but I agree that he'll just end up being a large vanilla creature. See ya.

do we need to drop the Stonehorn on turn 2 or 3? what are we gonna stop with a turn 3 drop?
the Stonehorn is a nice metagame staller, when we have some Flicker hijinx going and/or we're waiting to set up a mass goatnapping.

Phasing has gone through several changes over time in the rules. It's one of the more complex and lesser known sets of rules, and there can be complicated interactions.
At one point in time, phasing did trigger ETB, and not LTB abilities. Which would be killer in this deck... but that went away a long time ago.
Also voting to remove Twilight Shepherd. This really lacks synergy with the deck.

the Stonehorn is a nice metagame staller, when we have some Flicker hijinx going and/or we're waiting to set up a mass goatnapping.
i still say Teferi's Veil would have been interesting.

the original idea behind Teferi's Veil was we attack with out flicker engines, they phase out, and when they phase back in- their ETB abilities trigger again.
but a ruling says otherwise... Phasing doesn't change zones as i thought- the creature simply 'doesn't exist.'
so by that logic,
since the goat tokens never "left" the battlefield, they will return when they phase back in-- if we were going to attack with them.nope, i was wrong in that regard too... no shame in admitting ignorance.

StaffPhasing has gone through several changes over time in the rules. It's one of the more complex and lesser known sets of rules, and there can be complicated interactions.
At one point in time, phasing did trigger ETB, and not LTB abilities. Which would be killer in this deck... but that went away a long time ago.
