I'm forever always brewing different variants of Tribal Knights in Legacy and Modern formats (and Exemplar when she was legal in Standard), and Knight Exemplar is almost always in those lists.
This will probably date me, but I would say my signature creature is Time Elemental. I know there are better alternatives, but I just love the art, and every time i throw him down people groan because they know shenanigans are a comin'.
I've always had a soft spot for Rainbow Efreet. When I was a kid I had a janky deck built around Nevinyrral's Disk and phasing creatures. I loved that deck.
I like that card way too much. It's a 0/1 for crying out loud. Oh, yeah, but that's not why I use it. It must be that whole pinging part.
I have made so many decks with nothing but instants, sorceries, and lands with this guy. The average mana cost for a deck in which I'm using him is probably close to 1.
My friends pretty much gun for him now. I can't even repeat their nickname for the card.
I even had a rhyme for the card after playing my friends Elf deck...
My Gelectrode rids all their elves from the yard And they're like "It's a broken card" And they're like "It's a broken card" I could ping you but I hate Elvish Bard
Yes... I know...

Wall of Blossoms it is, always has been, and always will be, my favourite card ever. From a mana cost perspective it is a strictly better wall of wood for one green, and a draw spell for one colourless. It is also a plant, so it gets all the tribal love there. I just wish I had more than just one playset :c I generally only build green decks, or at least ones green enough to justify this powerful, powerful plant wall.
Haste and evasion, black red, and good in multiplayer and duels.
Demigod of Revenge is an extremely close second. The only reason the Reaver gets the nod is because it requires both black and red mana, my personal favorite color combo. Demigod you can throw in mono red or mono black, which is still cool, but I prefer the Rakdos requirements for my signature creature.
i have 3 that see a ton of play even if i have to use some artifacts as mana source to play them but the are true believer since i like to meditate master of the wild hunt is my all time favorite because i love the woods and wolves plus i have a 16 inch long beard lol then there is my massacre wurm how can i not run it all the time when it wins me the game in multiplayer in my play group lol
So my signature creature? I read all these posts that say a favorite or something that you use often. I have to say that my signature creature would be Grizzly Bears. The reason I say this is because I have a set of Alpha bears that I came into and thought it would be awesome to make a deck out of it. So I did, resulting in the Bears! deck in my signature.
The reason this is my "signature creature" is because every card shop or gaming venue I walk into the less common patrons know me as the guy with the Bears deck.
As with any "Favorite" or "signature" magic card, its impossible to pick just one... however there is one that comes to mind for me - Gatekeeper of Malakir. As I was learning how to play, my buddy who got me into magic used to stomp my r/b vampire deck with his mono-white knight deck. It had Knight Exemplar, Wrath of God etc. But what really got me was the 4x Mirran Crusader and 4x Stillmoon Cavalier.
Since my deck was heavy in black, I couldn't block or pretty much do anything about those two creatures unless I had a Lightning Bolt... this was until I found Gatekeeper There's just something about making someone sacrifice something that's more fun than just targeting it with Terminate or Lightning Bolt.
My 60-card casual decks are wildly different, so they have very few cards in common. Sticking to a theme is important to me, so a cool card that I really like will only go in one of my decks if it fits the deck's theme.
If we include Commander though, I've yet to find a reason to not play Solemn Simulacrum in all my EDH decks, and Acidic Slime in all my EDH decks that have green in them. I can't help it; I love creatures. So when you staple something useful onto a creature, like ramp or versatile removal, I find it hard to resist playing it.
Even though I usually play creatureless decks, I'd have to say Vampire Nighthawk. I think every deck I've played since it was released that has black and creatures in it eventually ended up with this card somewhere in there, and I'm always happy to draw/play him.

EDIT: Oops forgot that it was creature cards. In that case White Archon of Justice and Red Flameblast Dragon

Glint Hawk became my signature. He was in an equipment deck, and I always joked about how happy he was, and how he carried swords in his little claws.
I'm known at the kitchen table for always dropping Champion of the Parish hard and fast.
I'm going to build my Lorescale Coatl deck though, and force him to be my signature. He's the coolest thing in Magic to me.
