I like the Panorama's. early game- fetch, late game- still provides mana. unlike the Fetchlands, and dare i say "better" than Terramorphic Expanse/Untamed Wilds.

Panoramas are weirdman expensive cards for what they do. A lot better than garbage like Terminal Moraine but they still only grab a tapped basic. They aren't quite as durdly as Thawing Glaciers but they also don't provide the card advantage Glaciers represent. They gained a little bit of utility from Eldrazi mana being a thing, but I pass on these. They are a little more useful for pauper with the limited options there.
i'd have laughed if R&D said Screw it and made an entire Cycle of Morphling Clones.

A 3/3 flyer for 2 mana, that also gives flying to all your creatures is quite the deal. Problem is, that you need to give it flying first, and that's where Kamigawa didn't deliver, there simply wasn't anything worth playing on its own to make that happen. Today we have things like Maximize Altitude and Soaring Seacliff that could be quite useful on their own. Probably the best cheap way to do so, however, in my opinion is a turn 1 Wingcrafter bonding to the Student on turn 2, so that the Master can be born right away.
a good wall for mid game for taking out some bigger threats, rather than deter weenies

12 mana flash back... yah, if you want to make this card playable, Instant speed and halving the flashback... that, and make it MYTHIC
