Question- would "World Enchantments" count as being pseudo-legendary? that way, we can swap Leyline of Singularity for Eye of Singularity, without dipping into a third color.
though, yes it inhibits our Honor-Worn Shaku, but it would shut down their non-basic mana base.
No, world enchantments are there own class of super-type.
First, a lot of vote outs:
Voting to remove 3 Isamaru, Hound of Konda:
He is nice in the first or second round, or with Karakas. But having a second one at hand is simply not useful. And we only can recast him if he dies, but why should somenone kill a 2/2? Did Grizzly Bears ever win a game? So i vote to reduce the number.
Voting to remove 4 Leyline of Singularity:
I think its effect is not strong enough to justify splashing blue. There are enough legends out there waiting in G, W and 1 for us. In addition, four copies would be plainly too much.
I agree with most of this, but want to point out two things. First is that Teeg only restricts non-creature spells, you can still ramp into fatties. The second is that Time of Need does not fetch lands, only creatures, but you are correct that Sylvan Scrying is probably 100% better than Nature's Lore for this deck. You also put your vote to remove it on time of need instead of on nature's lore.
I'm going to fix that and add two Sylvan Scrying for the mana fixing/utility aspect of it. Also casting a vote against Nature's Lore.
I'd also like to throw in a vote to eliminate Nature's Lore for Sylvan Scrying.
I'd also like to bring up or return to (which ever applies) the conversation about Bow of Nylea. It is a toolbox card that fits the theme of the original post by being a toolbox card as well as legendary. It also helps our Sisay engine when the opponent has spot removal for our legends. The deathtouch is a nice bonus too and is searchable with Sisay.
i'm confused with your comment about Isamaru, hound of konda. with the updated legendary rules, if we've got another in hand, its not really a waste. sure, who is going to kill the 2/2.. but we have the option to attack aggressively with him, and even block/trade with him. he dies, we drop another cheap creature. currently, we don't have cheap creatures and we arent' doing anything turn 1. having 4 is a way to give us a viable turn 1 attempt at dealing damage or preventing damage.
so far, our t2 is Gaddock Teeg (who we dont want to block with and probably won't attack with), then some passive plays like time of need, land search, or jitte. which means we have NOTHING really until turn 3. we'll get wrecked without some early presence.
if they've been holding removal for a scary creature, they'll kill our t3 creature and then we won't have done anything until t4, and won't have attacked until t5.
TL;DR
-we don't do anything until t3, or deal dmg until t4 (maybe), therefore ensuring a t1 drop that is aggressive and can chump block = 4 isamaru is the best thing we have right now
I think I have to agree with Muzzy on this one. Why only run one? The number is too low to have good enough odds to draw one in an opener, and then why would we ever search for a vanilla 2/2 after that? It would have to be 3-4 or none and I'm inclined to like Isamaru.
We also do get use out of multiples with Reki out, that is we cast one to draw a card and then sacrifice the one with summoning sickness. We also have the option of holding onto him if we suspect like a sweeper to come down.

Okay, you both have a point there, i thought there would be more 1-mana-legends (didn't look). So i admit with you two to better keep those hounds.
Given that legends are mostly fragile, wouldn't Eight-and-a-Half-Tails be a better choice than Golden Tail?
There's no reason at all why we shouldn't add both. We want more than one two-drop in our hand, and we're not going to run full playsets because we're working with legendary creatures.
adding 1 rhys the redeemed, its another 1 drop legendary in color, and can produce protectors (blockers) for us. sure, the big ability isn't probably going to do anything, but we need more early game for this to work.
Sorry about that (I was the third vote), I didn't know if there was supposed to be a period of time after the third vote where people could try and defend it or cast votes in the opposite direction.
I like Rhys, he also works in conjunction with cradle, but now we really have to look at getting rid of leyline of singularity. It's a "nonbo" unless we also happen to have a Mirror Gallery out. The requirement of MG is too high for these cards to co-exist. Leyline is good, but it looks like it would be a classic case of a card that just looks better in our sideboard for the eventuality a token match-up. There is also the strike against it that it is not currently in color and it may end up outside of our colors once everything is said and done.
I like the idea of 8 1/2 Tails because he provides protection for our creatures against targeted removal. He is a pretty efficient bodyguard for Reki or Sisay.
Also voting out 2 Karakas and 1 Jitte, since all our legendary permanent are tutorable. We should definitely aim toward getting a good toolbox than going for drawing odds.

First off, I figure this would go a route towards Sisay, which makes me laugh as I almost chose her, but saw reki and decided to go for it. So im really pleased with how this is turning out
nailing Leyline of Singularity- I liked the card pre-rules change, but now its really meh and throws us into a third color.
As for adding a card (I assume I can, if not then oops)
+1 Linvala, Keeper of Silence. She is really good and can turn off anything from a mana dork all the way up to the casual reanimator guy who loves Russel-brand.
Adding a single Mirri, Cat Warrior as a solid 3 drop that can wield a Jitte to good effect. (Firststrike with Jitte is not as good as doublestrike with Jitte, but still provides tricks).
Adding four Swords to Plowshares. It'll give us much-needed early defense, while remaining useful even in the late game.
Voting to remove three Isamaru, Hound of Konda. This is a toolbox deck rather than fast aggro, and even with Reki out, casting a second Isamaru as a cantrip isn't an especially good use of our time.
Voting to remove one Iwamori of the Open Fist. It's a decent beater, but nothing so important as to require more than one copy in the deck.
Voting to remove all Mirror Gallery. The Gallery itself doesn't do anything useful; we're generally going to be better off playing an extra singleton legend than having the Gallery on the table and trying to bring out an extra Reki or whatever.
Voting to remove one Day of Destiny. It's a good card, but we can tutor it up when we need it.
Voting to remove two Karakas. We can tutor it up if we need it, and we never want extras in our hand. Third vote, done.
we REALLY need an early game. or at least something to get us to mid game where all of our action is. this curve is really difficult to work with.
I'm going to add 4 swords to plowshares. because it is based off of life gain of creatures toughness, it will be a good incentive to use it early on small things to keep them from getting board position. if i had chosen path of exile, we'd be helping them early game to get ahead on land. StP is better here by far.
EDIT: apparently i missed the latest post and did the wrong one
EDIT: also, i vote against removing mirror gallery, it may be the only late game way to put out creatures we have in our hand. i'd rather have creatures out than a hand full of nothing-to-do.
EDIT: the person who added their first vote against hounds took it back, and that vote should have been removed. putting it back to 1@-3. Sentiments toward not having an early game are still here. this is not a good card to remove.
EDIT: voting to keep the iwamori in multiples as it is a fine way of getting another legendary into play. Plus, it does wonders with Yomiji! back to hand, repeat
maybe a raise the alarm would be a great way to put out some disposable blockers for our legendaries. they are all so strong that we really dont WANT to block with any of them. an all legendary deck never seems to work because of this. you go through all of the trouble to put them out, and then realize that you have to block with something... and then you lose them.
EDIT: being that StP was already added and i missed it, i'm adding 4 Raise the Alarm. WE NEED CHUMP BLOCKERS so badly in this deck. i dont feel like putting down a legendary, and then having to block with it, and thus losing our 1 copy.
lets think like we're actually playing here. this deck is unprotected and really quite weak to any deck that can drop creatures early. aggro decimates this, as does control, and tempo, and sligh. lets make this deck actually work by realizing we may have to drop some legendaries to make it past the first 4 rounds.

I think you missed the fact that swords were already added to the deck.
I'm going to wait till this evening to add anything but I'm thinking a Kor Haven as a tutorable Maze of Ith effect.
Some early drops that might help us 'get there' since that has been brought up might include breaking the legendary rule and adding some Birds of Paradise. Bushi Tenderfoot is another card low on the mana curve that almost fits the theme. It might even flip with the anthem effects on the board. There are also several 2 drop legends that would work ok in the deck. Things can provide utility and not be over the top awesome. Saffi comes to mind. Konda's Banner is another legendary anthem like effect, that when put on Sisay gives everything in the deck +1/+1, and some things get +2/+2 (The legendary creature being equipped always gets +2/+2 assuming it has a color and a creature type. On Sisay that would boost all humans & soldiers that were green or white, which includes raise the alarm tokens, if that gets added to the deck).
TheBlueMuzzy, I think that your Mirror Gallery approach is wrongheaded. Unless you're planning on including playsets of a bunch more legends, odds are good that you'll end up with no duplicate legends in hand and a Mirror Gallery sitting uselessly on the table.
And really, keeping multiples of Iwamori? There's lots more cool legends that we can include as singletons for Sisay to tutor up, none of which run the risk of giving our opponent a free Progenitus or Emrakul or whatever the kids run in their decks these days. I see no reason why Iwamori is so important to the deck that we want to include two; I suspect even one is pushing our luck.
It looks like you want this to be a weenie deck. Which I suppose makes sense for Reki, but I'd think it would be more productive to run lots of two-drop and three-drop singleton legends than to play Mirror Gallery tricks.
EDIT: I apologize if this came off as hostile. It's been a rough day.
Adding four Wall of Blossoms because we need the early defense and will provide some draw power if, in case we don't get a Sisay or Reki in hand within the first few turns.
I'm torn if I want to keep all the Hounds of Konda, combined with Yomiji, it's effectively a ":symw:: Draw a card." maybe drop them to two... still debating.
speaking of which, Saffi Eriksdotter with Yomiji means we can choose what dies and have a method to draw out cards.

A few negatives were lost between Quendalon and Muzzy's Post. Adding those back and putting my own vote to remove Mirror Gallery. I don't think it fits the idea, and even if it did at 5 mana it's just not efficient.
No, world enchantments are there own class of super-type.

I see no advantage in using 3 copies of a legendary land in a deck, there are enough ways to fetch one if needed (Captain Sisay, Sylvan Scrying, Expedition Map).
Adding one copy of Sword of the Chosen:

maybe a raise the alarm would be a great way to put out some disposable blockers for our legendaries. they are all so strong that we really dont WANT to block with any of them. an all legendary deck never seems to work because of this. you go through all of the trouble to put them out, and then realize that you have to block with something... and then you lose them.
