Wall of Blossoms removed per rule four set up by Macius in the host's OP. However, the rule is a bit vague, so...
Macius may restore the 4x Wall of Blossoms. Doing so will not use up the allotted one-per-day addition.
Pending the call we get on those walls, there are some defensive legends we could try to add to beef up our Swords and Alarms. Opal-Eye, Konda's Yojimbo and Isao, Enlightened Bushi come to mind as things which can hold the ground.
With Jitte around, I'm less concerned with multiple Day of Destiny being available.
I added one Bow of Nylea It has a ton of functions, including buffing our smaller legends with counters so they can "get there" sooner. It also recycles our dead legends so they can be tutored up by Sisay again. Itself is also tutorable by Sisay, making it a decent engine that is not hard to get on the board. One last thing it does is it grants death touch, which can be great with multiple hounds, Rhys, and Raise the Alarm.
This card is just a swiss army knife.
Edit: Got ninja'd on the vote for Day of Destiny and the removal of Wall of Blossoms.
Positive and negative votes cancel each other out. Fixing the vote count.
Ok, I see the edits now. Seemed like people were just changing the numbers and not voicing their opinion/vote and it looked like they were just quoting the wrong list and I was confused.
For everyone else: Rule 4 isnt a hard/fast rule, it just requires you to justify non-legendary permanents a lot more than normal, more of a guideline. Blossoms acting as card draw and allowing us to set up the toolbox is justification enough.
So I'll allow it...
Also note that the kamigawa flippers are legend enough for my tastes.
Also, might I throw out another suggestion here (I dont like adding cards during my own GMAD unless I have to): Trostani. She gives us life and can be a "meh" token producer... but still Big Booty/Lifegain.
Trostani has synergy with Rhys, populating the Elf tokens Rhys spits out...
Isao has an interesting synergy with Sensei- being able to protect/regenerate our now-Samurai legends (of which Honor-Worn Shaku, which would make the Isao's ability practically "Tap two Legends: Regenerate target creature.")

If the Walls are back in, I vote we remove 2 Hounds of Konda; only two, because if we hold out- or onto Yomiji, the we can play off the legendary rule to draw cards. and voting out Mirror Gallery since we're running 1-ofs save for Sisays.

yeah, this is a tough one. and i hate to be a downer, but i dont see this working, i tested it in cockatrice without the enchantments and artifacts which was a 60 card deck.... it didn't win once against anything. it got pooped on early game still. it never made it to the cool late game that this deck has. time of need may need to be 4 of to get our tutor card, or we throw in some worldly tutors to get our sisay and tutor a bunch.
the StP and Walls and Raise the alarm did a decent job, but red cleared the board easily, aggro overwhelmed, control controlled. and a few decks with some creature removal decimated this deck the second i got anything cool into play. playing slow to play around things just gave the other person time to stock up on answers... ugh. this is tough.
The enchantments and artifacts seem pretty important to the game plan though. Adding a vote to remove two hounds and adding a Sigarda, Host of Herons. Sigarda is big, mean and will fly over punch people in the face.
I think running less than three hounds should either mean we cut him entirely from the list or add more and because the consensus seems to be to slow down the build and take him out, I'm voting to remove the final two as well.
I'd like to add a one of Thrun, the Last Troll. He has hexproof, cant be countered, and regnerates himself. Throw a jitte on a him and let him rip.
Voting to add four Moment's Peace. This should offer solid protection from aggro while we get the Sisay/Reki engine running. (It also puts us one card away from entering the cutting phase, so be careful when posting.)
Voting to remove all Honor-Worn Shaku. It's a cool idea, but most of our spells are pretty cheap to cast, so I doubt it's all that necessary in the current design, and the more non-creature spells we include, the more vulnerable we are to targeted removal. (If you want to keep some but not all, the best way to handle that is to vote out a specific number of copies, which will stack with my vote; don't vote to keep all, as that will make it harder to remove any copies.)
Voting to remove all Sylvan Scrying. It's not actual ramp, and we have Sisay for when we really need to pull up a specific legendary land card.
if we want to increase the amount of Time of Needs, I say we drop one of each Reki and Sisay to compensate.

EDIT: voting to keep the iwamori in multiples as it is a fine way of getting another legendary into play.
Having just re-read this, I think that people may have misread how Iwamori of the Open Fist works. It allows an opponent to put a legend into play. It does not provide us with the same benefit.
i was going to vote out the iwamori to keep it lower than 75 so we could add something else, but bad math has fooled us again. so i'll vote out iwamori all together in this case due to misreading the card. it is not worthwhile in the 4 drop slot
voting out Iwamori, he does provide a nice early game beef, but his "free legend" gimmick could really hurt us, depending on what we're playing against. would suck if we enabled them to drop an Emarkul or a Gin-Traxxis.
Voting out Dosan, all of our support spells are "in response" cards. having him hinders our ability to respond to things, and can effectively screw us over
voting out Glissa, her ability is limited destruction. we have Mirri to fill the 3-slot legend, whom is much better than Glissa.
voting out Predator, Flagship- that's some mana-intensive removal right there. if we intend to get rid of the Shakus, than Predator should be on the shortlist after it.
voting out 2 Moment's Peace- between emergency removal in StP, emergency blockers in StA, this is one that can be used again after we've already used it. so having 2 doesn't hinder us as much drop the others.
We have four methods of protection: Dosan, Gaddock, Linvala, and Sigarda- we may have to decide who's more reliable.

Instead of voting out two Moment's Peace and keeping four Raise the Alarm, why not vote out all four Raise the Alarm and keep four Moment's Peace?
moment's peace doesn't have the potential to deal damage and gain us board presence. it is also telegraphing our intent in the grave as a flashback, so it may cause them to play us into the trap of using it on a turn they want us to. having blockers/attackers seems more beneficial, but i definitely get your point. I still think that having the potentially disposable bodies will help moreso. and yes. tokens can hold a jitte. even without jitte, board presence creates a no-attack situation that we control rather than a no damage situation that they can potentially control
is we have a Moment's Peace sitting in our graveyard, and they bait us- that where we'd use RtA to spit out a few chumps to foil their plots.
if we had snuck Isao, we could have regenerated our blockers (if we turned'em into Samruai with Sensei) or even gone total protection with Seven-and-5-quarters-nosehairs...
in the case of axing Glissa, her ability is very conditional. we'll need mana in our pool to frag an artifact, whereas we could have just run Aura Shards with Sisay's fetch ability.
and are we fragging artifacts that are actually a threat to our strategy, or just nuisances? what are we going to do about the enchantments, like O'Ring that everyone seems to run, when they disappear our Sisay?

We're in the cutting phase, so it's too late to add alternatives. Right now, against any sort of noncreature artifacts, it's Glissa or nothing.
Saying goodbye to Iwamori of the Open Fist. We definitely don't want to give our opponents free legendary dudes.
Voting to drop all 4 Moment's Peace. I totally agree that RtA is strictly better with our gameplan. The tokens can also carry Jitte, as mentionned earlier. Also, even though Moment's Peace is a good fog-effect, you don't win with fogs.
Finally, voting out Honor-Worn Shaku. With the lowering of our curve, we don't need the extra mana that badly. Would however perfectly fit with another strategy I had in mind when I read the OP (Shrines.dec).

In any case, with that on the table, I suggest cutting one or both copies of the card.
also, our mana curve is:
1 - 7 (3 creatures)
2 - 21 (6 creatures)

4 - 9 (8 creatures)
