Voting to cut a Clock of omens. This will be 2 @ -1 and 1 @ -2, so I'm going to combine the votes and cut one. I feel like with all the tutors this card is going to be easy to find when you want it, and does nothing really in multiples. It could also be seen as a 'win more' style card.
I'm not sure I agree with 3x Academy ruins. It is legendary...
Vote to cut one Suncrusher. It's our big payoff spell, but we should really only need one to win the game -- especially if we get Energy Chamber.
Vote to cut Blade of the Bloodchief -- I can see the argument for singles, but we've got multiple singles at this point and this one is one that's not great without our 'big bad', and can be fairly win-more with it. More importantly, Energy Chamber does what it does with Suncrusher's ability while being hugely synergistic with the rest of the deck.
Vote to cut two Etched Champion -- if this were an actual deck, we'd move these to the sideboard to come in against aggro or some control. As is, I don't think we want all four. Plus, we need to finish this GMAD.
Notes on land and ramp: guys, we want to play either a 9-drop or get 5 colors of mana, and either way Suncrusher wants additional mana open to bounce in response to removal. It's up to y'all, because I don't care enough to figure out the rules for voting to support a card at the moment, but we really seriously need all the ramp or ramp-related cards we can get.
Also, regarding creatures: we're a slow, controlling artifacts build with copious tutoring. I think 15 is plenty, and even maybe too many.

I have a preference for heavy synergies over value cards. If you suggest a strong card that doesn't necessarily combo with other things in the deck I'll probably vote against it. Doesn't mean I'm not wrong in some cases though.
