Ajani is currently my favorite of all the planeswalkers and because of this i wanted to dedicate a deck to all his variants. Because of i have collected every Ajani planeswalker and nearly all the cards that feature him or he is quoted in flavor text. I have currently deconstructed a deck to use him in because it wasnt moving at a favoral pace and had minimal direction. I dont want to turn it into a blunt beat stick deck but thats what it appeared to be becoming. I tried to include a cat tribal theme but all it amounted to was more beat stick. Im posting this for ideas on how to spice it up while im rebuilding it. I own a Jazal Goldmane and would like to use him in the deck as well to fit with the Ajani theme. Any thoughts can help me, so please share your opinion.
Jazal is not Standard legal and it sounds like you'd want to be asking in the casual section.
To be honest, Ajani has always been an aggro or midrange card, depending on the printing. There's not a lot of ways to use him in something other than that.
Welcome! Standard is currently only the quarterly sets since Kaladesh (Kaladesh, Aether Revolt, Amonkhet, Hour of Devastation, Ixalan, Rivals of Ixalan, Dominaria, Core Set 2019).
oh i apologize for having this within the wrong thread, its been a while since ive done anything with magic. Would you kindly move it to the casual forum please? Thank you ahead of time.
