The +1/+1 and -1/-1 counter cancellation rule makes this a bit harder than it'd otherwise be, but the idea is to give the Bonder the ability to tap for U so that you can infinitely move a +1/+1 counter between it and another creature, and since moving a counter involves placing it, you can immediately get the Ascendancy to twenty growth counters and win on your next upkeep.
and probably the easiest one: Phyrexian Devourer (state triggers don't retrigger until the trigger has left the stack; just respond by exiling more cards until you reach 20 counters)

This strikes me as the best considering it's only two cards; it's also possibly the silliest. The combo is mana-hungry but I think I'll build it.
