MTG Salvation

My friends birthday is coming up and he wanted a deck that could make use of his Jace, Unraveler of Secrets. I am very much not a blue player, so this is something new for me.

The things the deck must have:

•Jace

•A combo with Jace’s ultimate and Arcane Laboratory

•A classic blue tempo playstyle with counterspells and card draw

I need suggestions for cards that would work well in a deck like this. Thanks!
