To me, Song of Creation screams combo, and I have various ideas on how to abuse it for a combo win. However, that is hardly a kitchen table deck, then. So, do you want the deck to be a combo deck, or just a deck that uses the Song as a card draw engine?
For the card draw engine, maybe use Teferi's Time Twist to temporarily remove the enchantment before your end step begins and keep the cards (plus the two you draw from the spell) until your next turn's end step. Probably needs a Reliquary Tower, Spellbook or similar, too.
I thought about going for a storm build, but that would make the deck harsh for my playgroup. I also want to include Arclight Phoenix as one of the wincon. I brainstormed last night while I had some trouble to get asleep. Since you can basically control your topdeck with Library of Leng, a Temur miracle build looks interesting. You draw lots of cards by casting cheap spells and setup your miracle cards when discarding on top of your library thanks to Library of Leng.
With Library of Leng and 11 loot/discard effects (15 if you count the flashback from Faithless Looting), I will be able to setup my miracle cards, since all my discards can go back on top of my library. As an added bonus, I have no maximum hand size so I can abuse of Song of Creation trigger as much as I want.
Since my game plan is to play many spells, but not necessarily all on the same turn, Thing in the Ice seemed like a better wincon than Arclight Phoenix.
I know this is not an optimal build, and that the storm approach could probably make for a stronger deck, but the deck looks fun to play. Any suggestion that would fit the theme?
EDIT: Library of Leng looks like a good fit. Any other input?
edit:
For that combo approach, I would use a lot of "free" spells, like Burning-Tree Emissary, Priest of Urabrask, Manamorphose, Pentad Prism, Skirk Prospector, Ornithopter, Gitaxian Probe, Desperate Ritual, etc. to draw more and more cards, cast more and more spells, then end the game with a storm spell (Grapeshot), a big burn spell (Master the Way), or simply a buff spell granting haste to run my opponents over with all those free creatures (Goblin Bushwhacker), Reckless Bushwhacker, etc.). Maybe add things like Wheel of Sun and Moon, Flame Jab, Possibility Storm, Bloodbraid Elf for more spells and fuel.
For the card draw engine, maybe use Teferi's Time Twist to temporarily remove the enchantment before your end step begins and keep the cards (plus the two you draw from the spell) until your next turn's end step. Probably needs a Reliquary Tower, Spellbook or similar, too.
