I want to be clear from the top: I am not complaining about being targeted by hate. I fully understand why hate comes my way in this circumstance and do not blame those that target me. I simply want to survive it.
I, like many, have built a Punisher deck (RB Kaervek- see sig) that is designed to be a thorn in the side of all players in multiplayer. Some people build them so that it mostly punishes people for targeting them, but no...I had to go and build one that is just destined to anger all (I should call it Group Stabs). As annoying as it is it is not uber powerful on it's own (it runs no combos that I know about), and I am comfortable with the power level for my style of play. The problem is that it still paints a giant target on me, which I accept, but would like to be able to survive. Are there any strategies that people have to increase my stamina that does not amount to "win faster"?

Running copious amounts of recursion/spot removal can keep you in the game, despite the attacks of others. If you play defensively and get some passive damage sources to come online, then you can attempt to merely outlast your opponents and thus win the game that way. Otherwise, you're going to have to accept that winning faster is the only other route you have.
Personally, having looked at your list, I see a few cards that could turn into recursion/removal:
While I see what you're doing with these cards, I feel like you could leverage your prodigious suite of removal options in to buy some more time. Additionally, I might not mind seeing something like Subversion or Exquisite Blood here, for both damage and lifegain.

Exquisite Blood is a splendid idea. That will be added in place of Torrent of Souls (I was looking to loose that card anyway).
I have a BWR Oros deck that is punisher themed. The white helps you play defensively with pillow fort cards. I'm assuming you're having a tougher time getting aggroed down by creatures then being able to protect your artifacts and enchantments.

Those are some great ideas, and some cards I had never seen before. Koskun Falls is a no-go because I play this deck mostly on MTGO (which I did not mention), and it is not available as a digital object yet.
EDIT: Incorporated some of your suggestions in the list. Now I need to test it.

I used to be a world champion, but then I took a wolf to the knee. And three Galvanic Blasts to the face.
Concerning when returning to Kamigawa would be acceptable
With enough life gain, you might be able to hide behind a Glacial Chasm for awhile.
Unless you duel with this deck, the targeted discard can go, methinks.
I play Aku Djinn alongside Kulrath Knight, but it occurs to me that Carnifex Demon could work, as well. I'll be stealing the Midnight Banshee idea.
Cheers!

Some good defensive options for a Rakdos deck might be:
Koskun Falls
Pristine Talisman
Silent Arbiter
Urza's Armor
Crawlspace
Caverns of Despair
Portcullis
Ward of Bones
Glacial Crevasses Requires lots of snow-covered mountains.
Arena of the Ancients Good counter to Voltron strategies.
Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs
