Could this deck be decently competitive under the French banlist? I mean, it has good matchup against GAAIV and Clique, but Prossh and Maelstrom are also there (not to mention Omnath and Azuza).
I like how Thrun is inevitable. It will get there if you don't win before it does.

Seems like now you have some spots from Natural Order's ban, and also with the bannigs Kitesail seems kinda meh now. Finally, Infiltration Lens and Mask of Memory in?

Kitesail, is still fine. This list is very old as I haven't edited it in a while. Arbor Elf is in. Boon Satyr is a +4/2 flash for 5. It's not bad but I have to try it out.

I think it can be competitive in a meta without a lot of ramp. My win % is actually rather high with this deck.
I don't know what to replace the big creatures with. I don't like small hexproof creatures as they do nothing to excel our general damage plan. I would rather play denial or a sword than them almost always. That is why I no longer play cards like Great Sable Stag or Dungrove Elder. Aspect of the Hydra will just +2/+2 or 3 very often so I don't like it. Mortal's Resolve is pointless when we have umbras.
I would go with more mana disruption (thorn of amethyst, lodestone golem, sphere of resistance, static orb, etc), or more draw effects. Inquisitors Flail is great here, cheap double strike and you can always regenerate thrun to abuse it.

I think lodestone golem and thorn slow down the deck and do nothing against a lot decks that are troublesome for us. Static orb is fine but dead sometimes.
Flail is really bad. it is cheap but you want sword over it for the evasion and effects. I already mentioned how i rate pump for Thrun. Flail needs another card since Thrun doesn't have evasion. With marath and prossh in the meta. Thrun is going to get chomped for days.
Have you thougth about Hunter's Prowess? It's very expensive, but the effect seems extremely powerful if resolved, letting you bash in with trample and averaging 2-5 cards even if they block. Obviously you don't want to many 5-mana sorceries in your deck, but it might be worth a playtest. Other than that, I'd probably just go with more land/artifact hate. Unravel the Aether/Deglamer seem playable now that Zur is gone, and I think some of the gods (Mogis especially) might be legit commanders in the new meta.
I am definitely going to try out Unravel and Deglamer. I always found a lack of enchantment removal a problem. Now that Oath is gone, it's not as bad but Survival is very hard to deal with.
Hunter's Prowess is very cool. I didn't like Hunter's insight though but I will try it when I can.
Night soil
This card is dead against a lot of decks. I wouldn't use it unless your meta has a lot of graveyard decks. Quietus Spike
You usually want to win with commander damage. Although this card is good, it does nothing without evasion. I have mentioned this many times. I don't like using buffs that cannot beat chump blockers. Wickerbough Elder
I use to use this card but I found it very underwhelming. It costs the same as Thrun and only hits enchantment/artifacts. Darksteel Plate
This card also doesn't do much. An indestructible Thrun can be chumped for days. Try out the Umbra cards instead. Spider gives you reach and +1/+1. Snake gives you +1/+1 and draw. Bear gives you +2/+2 and untap all lands. They all cost less than Darksteel plate+equip costs.
1st round against Oloro, Ageless Ascetic
Game 1 - lost, mostly from have to pay 4 mana to attack and not drawing anything to destroy enchantments.
Game 2 - won, I was able to destroy lands he needed to play anything over 3 cost.
Game 3 - Draw, this game was pretty much back and forth, but ended up going to time. opponent life 21, 12 commander, my life 19.
2nd round against Teysa, Orzhov Scion
Game 1 - lost, but can't remember how. he did drop Bitterblossom on turn 2 and I couldn't get anything with trample.
Game 2 - Won, again land destruction was the key here. Thrun with Riding the Dilu Horse was the killer.
Game 3 - Draw, He gets Bitterblossom again and chumps till I play Riding the Dilu Horse. This game goes to time, Thrun has Dilu Horse and Spider Umbra, turn 4 he plays Wrath of god totem armor saves thurn. Last turn, I need to do 7 commander damage, no pumps in hand and I draw a forest.
3rd round against Rafiq of the Many
Game 1 - lost, forget how, but it was a close race
Game 2 - won, Land destruction keeps him from casting Rafiq.
Game 3- lost, he plays Blighted Agent and I lose to poison after he plays Rafiq.
4th round against Merieke Ri Berit
won both games. opponent was new to the format.
In all my games I was able to draw cards t o destroy artifacts but not Enchantments. I did notice a few other players running some kind of infect, so I'm thinking of adding Melira, Sylvok Outcast to help with that. I'm also thinking about running Calming Verse, and Primeval Light but not sure what to cut yet. thought about Back to nature with it being cheaper, but it hurts us as well.
You are really stacking up that enchantment hate. If it is good for your meta then let me know how it goes for you. I also have been noticing that I can take care of artifacts way easier than enchantments but with Oath banned, it has been a little better as of late.
There's another Commander Tournament at the end of March, that I plan to attend. Going to try it out again and see how it goes.
At the last one I only saw 3 artifacts the whole tournament and they were all creatures. they were never anything to worry about either. Hopefully the next event my games go a little faster.
I think you might want to lower the hate a bit. Maybe add bear umbra and Sword of fire and ice over sword of vengeance? Also how has sword of body and mind been? I dont see it being good enough to run it for the effects.
Oops my bad, I must of forgot to add Bear Umbra. sword of vengeance is in there because I haven't been able to get fire and ice. Sword of body and mind actually came in handy twice. having that extra token a few times really help save me.

Round 1 vs Glissa, the Traitor Game 1: Landy, drew beast within and lignify to nullify glissa. Game 2: Sword of vengeance won me the game. The first strike ability really matters.
Round 2 vs horde of notions Game 1: Land destruction, easy match vs a 5 color deck. Game 2: Same as game 1.
Round 3 vs Grand Arbiter Augustin IV
The prize structure is 3-2-1 so its a draw so that we'll be 1st and 2nd except we have to battle out the excess 1 pack.
Game 1: He countered the elves and ramp, stoneforge mystic to sofaf and counter back up for my artifact hate. Game 2: He had a true name nemesis in play, I had rouge's passage. Thrun dealt 12 commander damage until he went sfm to sofaf then armageddon. I never drew a land after that.

I actually disagree, there is really no need for it in this deck. Let my opponent counter one of my mana dorks. If Cavern of souls work on other types of cards then it would be worth it, but really its just a colorless mana producer. Thrun just wants to come out get bigger and smash face.
It's not just a colorless mana producer, it enables an uncounterable Prime Time, Wolfir Silverheart, Scavenging Ooze, or Ulvenwald Tracker when you need it. With this many utility creatures in the deck Cavern still does a great job.

love the deck. Ive been wanting to build a deck that uses Plow Under and Stunted Growth and you've made a wonderful shell. Have you thought of putting Nylea, God of the Hunt in? it gives trample and can be a pumping mana sink. also, has the pro green from Sword of Feast and Famine been an issue for cards like Increasing Savagery and the card that gives horseman ship.
Nylea competes with the 4 drop and doesn't pump Thrun efficiently. You won't have enough devotion at times. I didn't like it but it is definitely usable for more grindy games.
Have you tried Ring of Kalonia yet? Cheap to drop, super cheap to equip, provides trample and grows our Troll. I've used it for about a year in my Thrun, and it has been phenomenal. It's inevitability. If I had to sort out an equipment scheme, I'd probably say;
Lox Hammer > Jitte > Ring > Clamp > Mask. Troll-Hammer is still a thing, and better than a Sword as it makes Thrun a three-turn clock.
