Those two cards need to be played at very specific times during the game. And when that time is right, I would have already hit my combo. So why add them?
And what combo is that? The way I see it, you have tons of pricy cards... Bit slow even for 1v1+multiplayer meta... Even competitive. I once focus on that and the best way is tons of sweepers (back as a competitive neophyte EDH).
My suggestion is for competitive 1v1 which locks your opponent (it's not 'specific time' but able to drop it ASAP) with control aspect while Gaga's suggestion applies to 1v1 and multiplayer.
I have been pleasantly surprised at how powerful this deck has become. 1v1 or in multiplayer. Thus far, it has been unbeatable. Even in a match-up where my core combo cards were stolen away from me several times.
How competitive is it? By competitive means able to beat top tier decks like Zur, Druids... or able to withstand politics against you. You have to be more specific than saying that "it's unbeatable."
For example, in Duel Commander competitive, Oloro's life gain isn't much of a problem with my MW and Marath deck because of drop speed, massive land wipe, Mooncards and attrition (aka Marath's hordes and/or infinitum armies per turn). The only time I lost to him is when he did:
Either the same deck or different variation of Oloro, which is a 50/50 chance in any game before or after I played him in Cockatrice online games since they have a replay option to watch anyone's games.
I wouldnt say very competitive. In terms of politics, it is safe to say I was the target of almost everyone the whole time. I even managed to walk away from someone playing Iona, twice. Life was a joke. Although I never went past around 46 from life gain from Oloro, my beam allowed me to shoot up into the low 90's early on, and life was never an issue. The amount of card draw I get from this deck means I always have something big to play each turn. So, to be fair, I have not gone against someone who has a super competitive build, but thus far, Ive been doing pretty damn well with it.
Vizkopa Guildmage gives you more combo options. It combos with Beacon of Immortality and can be a substitute to Sanguine Bond for the SB EB combo. You can also use it as slow bleed or to increase the damage from an Exsanguinate or Debt to the Deathless (either of which could be a good addition.
Think about this for multiplayer games (less useful for 1v1): you have 11 mana (assume all colors you need). Activate Guildmage's 2nd ability in response to Oloro's trigger. Each opponent takes 2. 4 with PHaze out. Then tap out for a Debt to the Deathless (x=4). Assume three opponents. Each opponent takes 8. You gain 24. Each opponent takes 24. That's 34(or 36) damage in one turn with only 11 mana expended. If you can get x=6 with Debt and Guildmage active in 3 player that becomes 50 or 52 total damage with the burn from upkeep life gain.
Guildmage is so important to my game plan that I'm thinking about running Necrotic Ooze as a way to still use Guildmage if someone removes or counters it. Once you show opponents what it does a few times it becomes a kill on sight card for them.

If you're using the multiplayer ban list, Nathaniel Prawdzik has about the tightest list I've ever seen, and his list is quite a bit different from yours. If you'd like a few ideas, you should check out some of his matches here. I don't play Oloro myself, but this guy knows what's going on.
In multiplayer ban list, Oloro is THE best control deck I ever seen. Like Zoidberg said, Nathaniel Prawdzik uses broken cards (Humility, winter orb under a ton of mana artifacts, etc) and tutors for them, and the 2 life per turn are VERY relevant when you are using Dark Confidant, Mana Crypt and such.
