Okay, having played several games with this deck, both multi-player and 1v1 I have come to the conclusion that as it was initially built the deck is much more suited to 1v1 play than it was ever suited to multi-player.
Now since I am currently planning to take the deck to Pro-Tour Austin and playing with it there, I am looking for ways in which I can make the deck more useful in a multi-player environment while still maintaining its ability to perform well in single player play.
To those ends I have made the following cuts for the following reasons:
Royal Assassin - I found that this card while very useful, is unfortunately way too fragile in EDH to be of any use.
Entropic Eidolon - I never actually managed to get to use it's ability to any useful effect. As such it gets cut because if I can't use it properly it isn't worth having around.
Yawgmoth's Will - I am cutting this because the card is not nearly as good without things such as Black Lotus, and other Rituals to take advantage of it and power out several other cards from the Graveyard.
Additionally I am replacing those cards with the following additions:
Greater Gargadon - this card will enable the rest of the cards that I am adding to this list.
Vicious Shadows - sac creatures to Greater Gargadon... do damage to my opponents? Yes Please! Force my opponents to sacrifice creatures to Malfegor's effect, do damage to my opponents? Yes Please!
Grave Pact - this card just makes sacing cards to Greater Gargadon a mutual effect to all of my opponents. Kind of brutal and fun for me

Siege-gang Commander seems better than Goblin Assault. You'll still get to trigger grave pact, and you can do other, better things with SGC.
Scrabbling Claws seems weak. I wish you could play Relic of Progenitus without screwing yourself. Oh well. Maybe Nezumi Graverobber is good in that slot after all?
first post updated with a more expanded description of the deck and details on what I am attempting to do with the deck, as well as some information on bad match ups for the deck as well as some good match ups.

My biggest concern for the deck at this time is whether I have enough lands at the moment, or if it has the right consistency for its mana base. But overall it seems to be doing fine.
I am currently toying with the idea of removing Visara the Dreadful for Dread on a friends advice, but am not sure if I like the idea of removing a targeted creature removal in favor of a card that is purely a beatstick saving for the fact that it is possible for it to be able to reshuffle into my library when it is put into my graveyard. This will give me more resiliancy against mill decks, in the form of giving me an extra turn. However it comes at the cost of more control in picking what I destroy of my opponents creatures.
I think you should just edit your decklist rather than having "adds and cuts." Its just easier to look through the decklist once, and it gives a better feel for what your current deck looks like.

hmmm... yea but I was using the "Cuts and Additions" section to keep track of what I need to remove from the deck when I get new cards for the deck. But I suppose you make a valid point.

i was looking at the list and i was thinking Breath of Malfegor can fit in there. its pretty simple but it hits everybody. i would play it in my B/R EDH if i build it.
