The premise is simple: ramp up with land search and mana elves, play Mirari and every spell in the deck is basically 3x (more with Recollect, Regrowth and Witness). Bramblewood Paragon is awesome with the various +1/+1 creatures (Ashling, Vinelasher, Magistrate, Vigor). Hateflayer + Elemental Mastery (+Furystoke/Fusillade).
I built this from a fairly limited collection and there are no organized play groups where I am from so I have yet to test it but, it could be fun in a casual EDH group. edit: Added Worldly Tutor, Gloomwidow's Feast, Eladamri's Vineyard, Spike Feeder, Phantom Nantuko, and Arashi. I removed various 1:1 burn spells as suggested by Nicol Bolas. I would happily add Garruk if I had one (or the means to obtain one).

Ghostfire - not worth the slot, imho
Fireblast - not worth the slot, either
Gaea's Blessing - I always wish this was something else
Harrow - too dangerous in EDH, Kodama's Reach or Explosive Vegetation are safer options

The General's mana cost limits what coloured mana symbols may appear on cards in the deck: if a coloured mana symbol is not present in the General's mana cost, the deck may not contain any cards using that mana symbol.

If an opponent plays Eladamri's Vineyard, for instance, and your general is not green, the mana becomes colorless.
Yea you do. It's really nice, but it doesn't work so well with spells such as Savage Beating, and to a lesser extent, Rude Awakening. It's the same thing as if you Forked or Wild Ricochet a Primal Command. You get the two chosen modes.

I just noticed cards like Lightning Bolt and Seal of Fire in your deck lest. In general, 2 or 3 points of damage is not as apt in EDH as it is in other forms of Magic, even when conspired. At minimum I want my DD spells to do four points of damage, such as Flame Javelin or Lightning Blast. Also a card like Lava Axe, even though it only does damage to the face, would get silly pretty quickly with conspire.

Tooth/Kiki will be added ASAP. Grab the Reins is nice and it goes well with Sarkhan Vol.
Wilderness Elemental is a good drop early, and gets silly in the late game (unless you're playing against a mono colored deck)

How about Primal Command? Searching for 2 creatures and getting some problem artifact/enchantments/lands out of play for a bit while slowing down your opponents seems good.
I'm also running Wort The Raidmother as my EDH General and so far what I did I cut all my burn spells except for Molten Disaster, BaneFire, and some few Infernos and Flamewaves. They're really nice with conspire if you'll ask me.
What I added to the mix are the flashback cards that create tokens. Wurmcalling, Roar of the Wurm, Crush of Wurms, and my favorite, Grizzly Fate. Its really fun specially when you can multiply them using Mirrar-Wort Shennanigans so I really suggest adding them to the deck.

Also, I suggest Thunderblade Charge. You can conspire it when you cast and also when you play it from graveyard after combat damage
Barbed Lightning is pretty good for obvious reasons. You can kill two creatures and deal 6 to a guy with conspire.
And definately add Incendiary Command, Frenzied Tilling, and Reap and Sow. Conspiring those spells is really quite enjoyable.
Finally, I would cut Loxodon Warhammerand put in Lightning Greaves. Wort gets targetted alot.
