I was hoping those cards would be good...
Does anyone know how well this deck is against flyers as there are a few green flying defense.
I run Silklash Spider in my Kraj deck. With all the tutors, its pretty easy to find when I need it. With an infinite mana combo, you can take down all flyers.
hey did you consider bloom tender and simic ragwurm/morphling/horseshoe crab means infinite green mana with your general out
**edit**
sorry just spotted the bloom tender in your list so i guess you thought of that, what about training grounds have you tried that in there to reduce the costs of abilities?
and with that amount of graft force of savagery might be workable in this deck
Kinda disappointed to see this thread not being updated much anymore by the OP. I still would be interested to see what cards would come out of the current build for the cards he removed due to his cube banning certain cards.

Not all of our cubes are weak sauce...
I apologize for my inactivity and negligence towards the thread. I haven't been playing the Kraj deck much recently and to be honest there haven't been all too many changes since the last go round. I'm currently in a love-hate relationship with the deck: I love what it tries to accomplish and the potential that it holds, but I hate that it is so fragile and deliberate. I feel like it is in need of a major overhaul, but to what extend and purpose I am not certain. I guess this would be where I would look to you guys for help.
For starters, lets get back to basics. What is/should be the ultimate goal of the deck? How does it go about accomplishing that goal? What is the best/most effective way to reach it?
I'm finding that the underlying premise of the deck is a bit flawed. Namely, the fact that most of the creatures (at least those with a tap ability) require a turn to become active (haste aside). This makes them very prone to any and all removal, spot or otherwise. Additionally, in order for Kraj to be at his best, he wants an amalgam of creatures for him to build from. This is somewhat problematic because most of the creatures that Kraj really wants to abuse are higher in the curve, which makes the deck inherently clunky. I'm also finding that unless I have Morphling and/or Thornling on board, I'm not all that excited by the extent of Kraj's abilities.
I would really love for you guys to help me fall back in love with the deck, and I'm sure that it can be done with the proper attention and/or feedback. Thanks in advance.
I find that when I play this deck I'm simply spilling creatures onto the battlefield.
I'd like to see a more stealthy combo approach to the build. But I'm actually looking at Intet the Dreamer for that deck idea. I think Green/Blue has plenty of good Combos though.
