I guess it does make sense to keep Hostility, I just don't really like it. To many fog/pyroclasm effects out there that make me want something else instead.
Mana geyser may be a one shot deal, but it can end games. I'd put it in, but that's just me.
Also, I found another card you may want to consider for this, Armageddon Clock, slowly increasing damage that just may decide the game. Plus it fits with the theme of hate everyone equally.
this may seem like a silly question...but barring any house-rules, how does activating heartless hidetsugu more than once not draw a game?
Activating the Hidetsugu once will leave players with 50% of their life (0.5^1).
Activating the Hidetsugu twice will leave players with 25% of their life (0.5^2).
Activating the Hidetsugu thrice will leave players with 12.5% of their life (0.5^3).
Activating the Hidetsugu four times will leave players with 6.25% of their life (0.5^4).
To be clearer, if a player has 40 life, that player goes down to: -
20 life on the first activation
10 life on the second activation
5 life on the third activation
3 life on the fourth activation
The above results are approximates. Remember to round up the remaining life totals (or round down the damage dealt).

To clarify the exponents above, the first time you activate Heartless, everyone goes from 40 to 20 (if they haven't taken damage). The next time everyone goes to 10, then 5, then 3, then 2, then 1 and they stick there.
Have you thought about running Basilisk Collar along side Loxodon Warhammer? They're both great, to be sure, but you may as well run both for the redundancy; a lifelinking Hidetsugu is at least as powerful as a Kokusho, who is banned in EDH for a good reason... not to mention the collar equips and is cast for less.
I believe both are already on the list, for the very reasons you've specified. Least on my version they are. I really need to start a new thread for that.

I understand exactly what happens....but wouldn't everyone die of general damage at the same time?
Welllll... it took me some time... but a promise is a promise I started by testing your deck on Cockatrice, and then I stumbled upon other builds. A change here, a change there... and in the end the final result is nothing like yours, I figure Anyway, here are my 50 cents... I would reproduce them below but I'd rather avoid double-posting, especially since it's quite a lengthy one.

(R/W)(R/W)(R/W) RISING FROM THE NEON GLOOM, SHINING LIKE A CRAZY MOON
(U/R)(R/G)(G/U) STEALIN' WHEN I SHOULD HAVE BEEN BUYIN'
General damage is only combat damage, so no.
