So I've got a sort of prison/token/elves theme going on with this deck, who's goal it is to lock out the opponent with gaddock as well as powerful enchantments and play efficient creatures that serve dual purposes. All the while there is the ever present token sub-theme which can just go broken with skullclamp or Rhyss.

I realize you are trying to keep the cost of your non-creatures under 4 to work with Teeg. However, Glare of Subdual is perfect for this deck. Remember that you won't always have Teeg out, so you can play Glare at that time. Even running Teeg and a lot of tokens, I'd still have a Wrath effect or two to bail my ass out of a desparate situation. Cataclsym is sort of a Wrath but there's nothing like the real thing.

I agree. I will fit both those in in place of the sub par Oblivion Stone and something else, as I think Glare will be great as well.

Apart from the occasional death of your legendary token due to doubleing I reccomend: Tolsimir Wolfblood, Along with that I think this deck can support Wren's Run Packmaster, certainly gives Tolsimir an extra kick thats for sure.
Actually I think I'm going to go make a green/white elf/wolf deck...
Also, since you're entertaining enchantments that cost more than 3 mana, Mirari's Wake definitely belongs in this deck. You could even keep it in your hand until Teeg bites it, then play Wake and then replay Teeg.
So I've updated the OP with the list I'm currently playing. Still accepting advice to tweak it, or cards I might have missed.
Some notable omissions are Sol Ring and Jitte. Haven't gotten around to buying a Jitte or second Sol Ring and I'm not sure what I'd cut for either of them.

Sometimes I just forget something stupidly obvious. I've been thinking the same thing about Enchantresses Presence as it will usually only get +1/+1 or +2/+2

I probably wouldn't cut Oblivion Stone. Resetting the entire board is really good in this format, and often you'll have the 8 mana available to nuke immediately.

In this particular deck i would say that Gift of the gargantuan would be better than harmonize. It can be played with teeg out and it digs a little deeper. Although as a hand filler it is a little subpar.

I started off with a similar gaddock teeg token deck....then I realized why am i using Gaddock when I want to abuse tokens.....so I switched to Rhys the redeemed....more cards can be abused now like planeswalkers and the enchantments.... i also utilize survival of the fittest, worldy tutor, and eladamri's call and also 3-4 enchantment tutors...to find my gaddock or anything else if necessary..

I know this was posted quite a while ago but I'm sure people (like myself) still check this for deck ideas! I created a similar deck, and after playtesting I'd recommend these cards. Some are new since OP posted, which would explain why he didn't consider them!
Intrepid Hero Re-usable destruction that takes care of those big nasties. Twilight Drover for more tokens. Silver Seraph to pump all your weenies, plus she's a beast on her own! Hand of Justice Tap it + 3 tokens == Dead creature every turn. Knight of the Reliquary Great creature and my last game I actually had it up to a 13/13 and tutored all my token-producing nonbasics! Blazing Archon Creatures can't attack you, and your opp can't cast any spells greater than 3 cc .. yeah, good luck! Path to Exile another cheap removal but you can also use it on your token as a basic land tutor in a pinch! Congregation at Dawn Tutor 3 creatures for 3 mana? Nice. Noetic Scales This one, like Glare of Subdual, might not work for you every game since it can't be played when Teeg is out, but it's another tool that can be used to dominate decks that aren't prepared for it. Whispersilk Cloak and Lightning Greaves because Gaddock Teeg doesn't go outside without his coat and boots.
