I decided that Mayael is best used in this format, and set out to make a wonderful deck featuring her.
I also threw in some fun multiplayer cards to boot.
The deck is basically complete, and there are always minor tweaks to be made, and new cards to add, but I am quite satisfied with it.
Summary:
Obviously the deck intends to have Mayael flip a 5 power creature every time the ability is used. At the moment there are 22 5 Power + guys in the deck, some reasonably costed to play, some not so much.
You reveal what? 2 or 3? Bloom Tender always taps for three in this deck...and comes out sooner.
Of course, the card is probably worth running in this deck, so I think I will run it.

I've always had a soft spot for Tornado Elemental as a nice fattie. Eternal Dragon helps fix your mana and is Mayael-able. If you have Calciderm, what about his brother Blastoderm?

Ooh, I like that elemental. I will have to dig through Junk Rares at my shop.
ED is great, sure, but I would rather play with a fatty people aren't familiar with, like the Tornado, haha.
Blastoderm is going in soon, I just have to go buy commons and stuff that I don't have here. Claim is a good catch, an easily forgettable card.

I don't personally like pacifism, i'd prefer something more effective or larger, like Faith's Fetters. Also, we all scream for Cream of the Crop + Mayael.

I'll try to grab the red one, but I don't and haven't owned the white one. If I was going to buy/trade for a moderately popular card for this, I would get Exalted Dragon instead.
I could do fetters, I'll make that change.
I don't like Cream with Mayael, because I don't Need it. That is almost too much putting cards on the bottom of my deck IMO. I have plenty of power 5 creatures for her as is, so I don't have to dig.

why not put a sword of fire and ice in there along with Jitte, Fire and Ice is pretty dang useful. Also, I think some additional mana accel could help,

I don't have any of those. I have Armadillo Cloak and Warhammer in there though. :/
I was thinking that the more fat with cycling (or super good cycling) the better, so I would take something else out for the Tusker, trying to keep the amount of cycling cards up there.
I don't have a Regal Force for some reason. :/

I'm making a Mayael EDH deck as well and I'm a bit concerned about my 5-power creature count; I only have 19. Is this too little? I do have a lot of thinning in the form of land searching, so it might be acceptable.
By the way, one creature which I think fits great is Bogardan Hellkite. Personally I don't run Divining Top because I'm trying to go with a 'Nature' theme for my deck, and thus I'm trying to not run too many 'unnatural' things.

I can see why you wouldn't want top in there, and I think that I might not need it in here either. The deck is your usual ramp to fatness deck, so I will want to be adding 'green/red/white classic fat' to make the card quality higher.
I figure Mayael as working this way: 99 divided by 5 is 19.8. If you run 20 or above, the odds are that you will always hit something with her. I am running just under 25.
I am trying my best to figure out the correct amount of lands/accel/removal though. I think I have the right amount of fat here, I just don't want to lack answers.
I need to fix my lands too. I hate the RAV karoos hard. (That and I am attempting to balance the colors away from green while still having optimal accel and fixing...)
I have added some Planeswalkers and Rings of Brighthearth...and some more removal. Rekindled Flame seems good in multiplayer, as people will forget about it more often than in a normal match.
Brooding Saurian? It just misses the 5-power mark, but if you're running so many huge creatures every Mage running blue is going to have a field day with Bribery/Confiscate effects. And I'm personally going to run Mossbridge Troll, because 25/25 is too awesome to leave out :P.

Ok, I've been looking at this thread for ideas, and substituting where I didn't have the cards, and here is what I've come up with. It may look a lot like your deck, but there are some subtle, interesting differences. Enjoy.
The two Elspeths are a great thesis on women in general. When you first meet one, she costs a decent amount to attract, makes you stronger and gives you the feeling that you're flying. She also goes to great lengths to protect her loved ones from harm. After a while, she gets more expensive to maintain, gives birth like a sow, becomes less loyal after doing so, and tops it all off by wrecking crap around the house. Except hers, of course.

What about Ajani Vengeant? Big fatties + armageddon seems decent. Also, if you can get the card, giving the big fatties +1 +1 and haste with Sarkhan Vol seems pretty nutty too. Fankly, I like Elspeth in a more controlling deck, or in a PURE aggro deck (think an EDH based on Isamaru), this deck...she seems kind of...eh. Atleast you can drop a fattie in your hand for its morph cost early in the game, and it wont be dead weight sitting there. cards like Imperial Hellkite, Krosan Cloudscraper, Krosan Colossus, Root Elemental, Titanic Bulvox, Towering Baloth, and Venomspout Brackus will be cards you can play early that can atleast keep some pressure on and keep your butt alive.
The worst part of your deck right now is that you are going to be staring down a hand full of unplayable cards with Mayael the Anima in the RFG zone with 3 counters on her and your opponents sides are racking up board position.

(I played a few games and the deck isn't dead in the water without Mayael, I added more accel)

This deck is getting pushed around and about. I can ramp up mana fine, and I feel I have good enough removal.
I played a Doran deck, and won after pulling Austere Command and killed his Doran several times. I played a 3 person game with a Sharuum being the other opponent (Besides Doran) and he kept killing/recurring Sundering Titan (after tinkering for it)...and had lots of broken shenanigans.
Any ideas on the manabase/creaturebase here? (Too many 'fetches'? Too many basics? Are there better 5+ creatures I am missing?)
I don't want to run any of the hybrid 'overlords' in the deck...too played out. I also don't want to run Sundering Titan, because of my current manabase issues, and because...I don't want artifact fat.
I have to make some touches on the deck here and there.
I will post an updated list once I get more cards to work with, which will be quite soon. (I am considering adding Smite...)
I have to add more cards to the deck now...including Kodama of the North Tree and Red Akroma.
I also am interested in adding Enlightened Tutor, Tormod's and Relic of Progenitus.
Graveyard shenanigans are so so evil in EDH.
I played a 4 man game yesterday, got 2nd. My friend with a Scion of the Ur-Dragon general deck won. Hard deck to build, but if you have the cards...ugh such a beating.

Something to help you stay in the game, you know? Help keep you from getting Steamrolled. Maybe Windbrisk Raptor?
Also, dunno if you should add this or not, but definately consider a Fierce Empath.
Hmm...Krosan Tusker is a fat creature that also gives you land if you draw it. Definately an upgrade over your other green cycler.
Elvish Piper maybe?
Also, Protean Hulk seems kinda nuts for free at instant speed.
