I got my cards from the Alara Reborn pre-release and I knew I wanted to make a Uril EDH deck!
The deck's theme is inspired by Uril and Mayael's Aria. Basically, I try to pump up Uril with Auras and use the Aria's triggered effects with other big creatures and tokens with +1\+1 counters going around.
Daybreak Coronet is a great card for this deck and was something I pulled out to put in there, I totally forget to put it in! Rancor is good too, but my only copy is in my Progenitus deck at the moment. I should get another one.
How about Oversoul of Dusk, or any Lieges? I have both Akromas as well, but they just didn't seem to fit with the theme and are picky about enchantments.
Making cuts is always the hardest part for me. Anything stick out as something that could/should go?
Also, you might want to try Silhana Ledgewalker and Troll Ascetic. They're both really good to drop auras on, since they can't be targetted by opponents much like your general.

I think one of the keys to Uril is getting him indestructible, as your opponents have about 3-10 cards (if that) that can deal with him in such a form. Adding evasion will usually put the icing on the cake. Also having plenty of global resets is nice, that way you can handle overwhelming creature decks and generally not have any of your guys die.
Awesome deck man I was inspired to build my uril deck based on your Idea. The only difference is I wanted to increase the production of tokens and turning them into destruction machines, i used Parallel Lives and Luminarch Ascension. along with Juniper Order Ranger. After looking at many Uril decks yours is pretty unique. I also used Fangren firstborn very nice

I'd like to pick up Argothian Enchantress, but she's a little bit pricey for me now (so's Doubling Season). Cheap cards I'm thinking of getting are: Crystal Chimes, Fountain Watch, Kitsune Mystic, Verduran Enchantress and maybe Mayael the Anima.
Any thoughts on the deck or the above cards are appreciated.

I will make room for a Spellbreaker Behemoth when I find one. Just looking over some of my other cards, do you think Chorus of the Conclave would be good? Also Autochthon Wurm seems to fit in with big creatures and tokens.

Porphyry Nodes is another idea, since rarely is Uril the smallest guy on the table. Though I have no idea what the card name means.
Also, anything Troll Shroudy is good, like Plated Slagwurm.

Edrazi Conscription - You absolutely most definitely need this enchantment.
Ajani Vengeant - Very versatile planeswalker. If you can keep him alive, blow their lands.
Channel - Quick mana at the expense of life it worth it.
Any hold land (such as dwarven hold) - Great mana resource.
Aura Gnarlid - With the Uril deck, this common is great for a three drop. Unblocked damage is sweet. Gets buffed by any Aura on the field too.
Maze of Ith - Expensive-ish to buy, but stops general damage on their side.
Soul's Might - It's kind of a stretch, but with Mayael's Aria it's a great card. And your deck is oriented on +1/+1 counters.
Emerged Unscathed - Awesome card for any General based damage. Rebound makes it legit.
Kor Spiritdance - I cheaper and better version of the enchantress. Still keep the enchantress in there though.
Mana Web - Podank mana control for any deck.
Gelatinous Genesis - I love love love this card. And with your enchantment that doubles tokens OM-fricking-G.
Transcendent Master - So hot right now. Transcendent Master.
Sejiri Steppe - This will let you get some damage through.
Birds of Paradise - Yo! Any multi color with green can use this baddy.
Jungle Shrine - Dude. You know.
Wrath of God - If you get into a bind, this will help.
Chain Reaction - It's a red wrath of god. zomg.
Predatory Urge - Your guy will be too big for them to blow up with this, so there's no concern while killing them baddies.
Ward of Lights - So good with Uril. Pro anything you want.
Weathered Wayfarer - This allows you to get any land from your deck. So if you need that Maze of Ith, go grab it yo.
Stirring Wildwood - Kind of any man land, but a 3/4 with reach land will help the most.
Rith's Charm - Versatile. You'll pretty much want this charm.
Kismet - Helps slow down your opponents and leaves them open for attacks.
Taurean Mauler - This card works so good with round table games.
Kithkin Armor - Blah. Practically unblockable.
Story Circle - This will help.
Order/Chaos - This multi card will help you out.
Natural & Dissenchant - It really does help.
Lignify - Shuts down peoples generals.
Flickerform - So if you use a wrath of god or something, you can use this enchantment to keep your guy.
Voice of All - If you're running white, you want this.
Qasali Pridemage - Fricking sweet card.
Skull of Orm - This will bring back enchantments from your graveyard to your hand.
Ghostly Prison - You. Need. This. Yo.
Bear Umbra - OMG! Let's attack and untap all our lands.
Umbra Mystic - Fricking. Hellz yeah.
Trailblazers Boots - This is 50/50. I recently put it it because you'll most always be unblockable, but then they can take it or destroy the artifact.
Gossamer Chains - This is a pretty nice defense card. I put it in because I have things that let me draw when playing enchantments.
Lord of Shatterskull Pass - Kaboom! Swing and kill defending players guys.
Fiery Justice - So good. Divide 5 damage between targets for 3 mana. target opponent gains 5 life. So what...
Ice Floe - This land is good at controlling as well.
Terra Eternal - I say yes to this. Especially if running man lands.
