Here's my stab at my first mono-white EDH deck. It's been a long time coming (haven't bothered counting but I think I'm around 30 decks built by now, at least, over like 4 years), but I finally sucked it up and asked the manliest chick at the party for a dance.
This deck is built like a hybrid of my favorite decks, glissa and zirilan. Like glissa, it takes advantage of my color to run tons of nasty spot removal while using my general for CA. Like zirilan, it toolboxes out the creatures it needs to cement its board position.
It's meant to be a slow-roller deck (like almost all of my decks, really), but the eventual wincon is usually mirror entity, although the deck has several possibilities for soft locks and staxxiness that can make raw rebels a viable option.
35 is a bit tight on lands, so I'm looking to free some space up. I'll have to wait until Friday to see how it actually plays, at the earliest. As the utility section suggests, my biggest concern is going to be keeping momentum going into the late game with CA, given white's limitations.
Since your general can search for Rebels, that also means it can search for the various shapeshifting and changeling cards available. Being able to reuse a card like Crib Swap makes your general that much more awesome. Of course you can't search for the swap, but putting it back into your deck is always a plus. A card you could actually search for is Changeling Hero .

I don't mean to be rude, but you should really spend 5 seconds looking at the decklist before posting. I've already got both of those cards in the deck, and mirror entity is my primary wincon. I'm aware.

That was completely my bad. Allow me to try again...
Your removal package is huge, so removing little things that don't do much for your deck like Avarice Totem and Wing Shards can add a couple more land to your deck, if needed.
I also don't understand why Stoneforge Mystic is in the deck when you only have Skullclamp in the deck to search for? You could put in a few other equipment to help out with white's lack of card draw, like Infiltrator Lens and Sword of Fire and Ice . I also did not notice Amrou Scout or Ramosian Revivalist in the deck, any reason why?

I want to keep removal numbers very high, so if I cut removal I'd probably add more back in. maybe humble? Totem has been a hilarious powerhouse in the past, I doubt I'd cut it. Something about trading a phyrexian furnace for an avacyn, angel of hope makes me laugh.
basilisk collar is also in the deck for SFM.
I did waffle a bit about SFM but skullclamp is an immensely powerful part of the deck. I can easily keep recycling children of korlis (basically T: draw 2 cards) or slap it on a light/lawbringer before I sac them anyway, and card draw is a major weak spot for white. Basilisk collar is pretty nifty because of zealot il-vec. Skullclamp is the main reason, though.
ilfiltrator lens seems lame when all my attackers are like 2 power max. no one's going to block.
sofi is a maybe, it synergizes fairly well with the zealot as a draw engine i suppose.
I didn't include many recruiting rebels because lin is the be-all-end-all of recruiting. As long as she's alive, the only benefit I get out of it is multiple recruitings per turn, and since I've already got falcon and vanguard I think I'll be covered. I tossed in the falcon in case lin gets tucked, her last act can be to grab the falcon who can then bring her back. The more I look at it, though, the more I think it might be dead weight between rappelling scouts and vanguard.
revivalist is slightly more efficient at gy -> battlefield for 4-5 cost rebels than lin, but I've only got a handful of those and I don't expect them to die often.
Queen of adam's apples and stupid hats, Lin Sivvi, Defiant Hero.
