Normal mulligan rules as promoted on the MtgCommander site.
The low land count doesn't effect my plays at all. My group doesn't aggressively mull to turn 1 Sol Ring or Mana Crypt. We generally snap keep our hands to be fair due to all of our decks playing the best cards in the game for our strategy.
I do have a lot of draw and tutors to make up for the low land count. I recently added in Tithe for the ability to keep 1-landers even better. I am considering adding in Ponder, Preordain or Impulse to smooth out my draws.
I have a theory on deck building; if your deck can't keep hands without parrying, make a better deck.
If your deck can win off explosive plays like turn 1 land intoSol Ring, Signet...your general either sucks, you need a better deck or rarely, you drew no action cards.
A good friend of mine had a rule; If your deck has Sol Ring, Mana Crypt, Mana Vault or Ancient Tomb...you don't get to partial par. It's not fair for one player to have 6 mana on turn 2 when we all have a single land. The decks I play against are really fast and the players are very good.
I will update the list later tonight. It's more of a Tempo-Control list now. Oloro seems like a better fit since I forget to cast my general. Passive life gain is useful when you pay life almost every turn. It turns Mana Crypt into a Mana Vault. The face it shuts off Bitterblossom and Phyrexian Arena life loss with no investment is simply amazing.
Hi, I've been using your list for a little bit, but I've put in Felidar Sovereign along with makeshift mannequin and won numerous times due to shenanigans by EOT entomb and upkeep makeshift mannequin targeting Felidar. Other than that, the life-gaining part has been amazing for me too! Adding Consuming Abberation was another great addition for me. Cataclysm + Consuming Abberation destroys everyone. Try it out!

Wait, people use my ideas? No way, I was under the impression that everyone on here either loves me or really dislike for being so honest and anti-stereotype magic player. We all know magic players hate change, that's why they get mad at playing my Stax version of this list where no one gets to play any magic besides watch me swing in with 1/1 tokens after I've blown up the lands.
Have your friends learn to play against it yet? If so, just change up the list due to meta calls.
