Phantasmal Image is "in" the deck, but I don't have a copy of it. Burgeoning is my placeholder right now.
I don't know if I like Scapeshift. The problem is that it forces us to sac lands to go find Urborg/Coffers/Temple/Boseiju. Often, that means we'll be sacing blue sources since those are typically the ones we fetch. On top of that, it has to be later in the game before we can afford to make those sacrifices. If Coffers gets blown up, we lose some heavy advantage. Crucible of Worlds and Life from the Loam need to be readily available to make this even viable. I think that's too much; Scapeshift isn't good enough on its own.

That is a very valid point. So it seems there is no way around cutting Coffers/Temple. Damn, I thought we had something there. Oh well. My group let me play my prime time tonight so I was happy.
Let's start some discussion for Cyclonic Rift. It seems like a powerful card, especially as an EOT insurance policy. I don't having to pay 7 to overload, though. It's a little more prohibitive than Evacuation, which it would replace.

I was using Cyclonic Rift during the prerelease and found it to be quite strong. It's currently in the deck, but it will be a while before I get a chance to playtest it.

Graveyard hate hasn't really been a necessity for me. I used to run some in the form of either Tormod's Crypt or Nihil Spellbomb, but it just isn't relevant enough in the games I'm playing. Counterspells are more practical and flexible, so I can just snipe their recursion spells and achieve the same result.
I would add Bojuka Bog, but the CIPT lands are already stretching it. It's either Bojuka Bog or the Deserted Temple that's still in the deck, and the latter doesn't CIPT.

Without prime time I don't think it's very good. The list is heavy on u/g we typically grab tropical first if big tapped for U I'd consider it or if you play vs a grave deck but BUG lists ate very tight and ninhil spell bombs just not worth a real card slot. I have even been cutting back my utility lands for more colored non tap lands, this is partially becuase we started to use standard mulligans becuase the partial pars espicaly free pars was giving the combo decks at my table to much of an edge.

I always build and mull according to the official rules because I play this deck in tournaments and need the games to be true tests so I can tune for events. That being said, I think the utility lands that are still in the deck are too important to cut. Deserted Temple could get dropped because it was mostly there for Cabal Coffers, but that's the only land I would feel comfortable cutting.

Forbidden Orchard could be your replacement for Cabal Coffers, since it's always useful and the downside of giving someone a vanilla 1/1 is not as bad as having to have Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth out to get any kind of value from your land.
We can't really abuse recursion the way Bant can with Reveillark and Karmic Guide, even with Volrath's Stronghold. It doesn't seem unplayable, but there are probably better options.

Yep you guys are catching up ;). Most creatures are just not good enough to fit the bill I cut survival when I hit 15 creatures I'm at 9 Now without primetime I think? I personally dislike forbidden mostly becuase exotic is pretty much the same thing with no downside. In my meta as irrelevant as damage seems there is a reason I'm not greedy enough to run sylvan library or ancient Tomb I would die. The lone aggro kahlia player has this nasty habit if one shotting me out of no where with glissa blade of golden gay as I hit 7-8 mana. forbidden is not bad I guess but I don't like giving people with creatures guys to ping me and I don't like giving other players with no blockers chumps so I get the utility creature damage. Some of the utility lands you guys run have always seemed very narrow to me and any land I want to parse away in the opener should be an incredibly powerful tool. The two check lands I recently added in place if some of the utility for my primetime have reaped benefits from the first time I pulled them. Also having 2 of each basic is nice for both crucible engine as well as defense against Magus of the moon / back to basics ruination type cards. I honestly think 2 of each basic helps far more than it hurts if your willing to bite the bullet on some of the narrow utility lands. Just my 2c not a all or nothing thing definitly up and downsides. As of late I'm taking consistantcy over the chance to be great and im loving the path so far.

Damage is completely irrelevant to this deck. I'm not sure how you try to win, but [[Blue Sun's Zenith]] kills anyone regardless of board presence.
Forbidden Orchard is much better than Exotic Orchard. A 1/1 isn't really a downside, and always having BUG available is far superior to having to wait for your opponents to play the colors you need.
The utility lands have never failed me. I'd rather have them over basics any day. I don't play any unnecessary ones, and it's difficult to cut anything from the land list because of how consistent and powerful it is.

The lands I don't like are deserted temple and riptide. Damage being relivant is very meta dependant. Online it's less of an issue in my dedicated meta it very much is. If it wasn't you wound run city of brass which to me is very similar to forbidden. I play at 4-8 player tables vs bug esper esper rug BRW moni blue. Been playing alot of 6 player pods recently. If I ping myself for 10+ at my tables I better Combi out through 4 players control by turn 6 and we all know every card in the others deck. It's very meta dependant.

I don't play City of Brass because I don't want to kill myself with Palinchron to get infinite mana. Forbidden Orchard doesn't present that opportunity, so I find it preferable.
Riptide Laboratory is very good. Despite not tapping for color, it ETBs untapped and bounces a wizard (read: half my creatures). It lets me abuse cards like Venser, Shaper Savant and has won me a few games where I had Venser, Lab, and Palinchron with no tutors in hand and no Deadeye Navigator on the field.
It's all about the subtle nuances that give you an edge when you're playing the mirror or you're up against less organized builds.

I guess I can see riptide as playable here what about temple without coffers? Also on damage do you have 0 aggro players in your meta? Also are your pods typically 4 5 6 or more.

Typically 4-man pods. Aggro presence depends on who's playing that day, but none of the existing aggro decks in our meta are particularly strong.
As I've said, I'm not a fan of Deserted Temple without Cabal Coffers, but I don't know what to replace it with. It makes me sad to have cut Coffers because it was another infinite enabler with Palinchron. It's just too inconsistent without Primeval Titan, though.

Temple is in my build due to Underworld Connections and Riptide Lab is there for Snapcaster, Venser, Glen, and Damia and Teferi protection. City was proving to be quite risky with all the other life-sapping cards in this list. In my meta Orchard would never tap for BUG
I changed my mind on riptide in your build it seems well worth it with snap and venser tunnel vision from my build. I ding like temple or underworld connections tbh. Even if I liked connections temple is still too narrow in assume your still using the free partial pars and that helps by group outlawedc it becuase it helps the players who already had the bet decks anyway so we changed it ;(.
