Yeah, I still have Kresh at the ready when I just want to smash faces/life totals.
Coffurborg cannot come close to Selvala. I dont rely on her draw ability, but with all the power matters stuff its been bonkers.
I also run Dreadnought, for the easy +12 power. Berserk as well works wonders with greater good/kresh/garruk/Xenagod ect
and all the power matters cards.
I've thought about Dreadnought in the past, but without Kresh it's pretty much a dead card.
Berserk however is something I DO like and have considered. 20/20 Kresh + Greater Good = Sweet profit <3
Dreadnought is only dead without Greater Good and/or Kresh, Selvala, Fling or Gravepact even.
Chances are you will have some of these as well. For a mere 1 mana investment its worth it imho.

Threw out Deathrite Shaman and Elvish Harbinger for Selvala and Dreadnought =).
Do you also run Death's Shadow, or just the Dreadnought?
Curtain's Call: At six mana, minus let's say 3, because of your opponents... Three mana to destroy two creatures. This looks pretty good, but I don't think it has a place in our current list. I don't think it can replace Maelstrom Pulse for example.
Magus of the Will: A very strong effect, but being a creature it is way to fragile. If you want to recur something, run the spell version instead, Yawgmoth's Will.
Red
Goblin Spymaster: Funny card with a solid effect, sadly it doesn't have a place in our list.
Green
Benefactor's Draught: If you're sure that you're running the biggest and baddest creatures go ahead. This card is solid card draw, sadly it can easily backfire. If you want more card draw, black has plenty of options.
Stonehoof Chieftain: This might be the most interesting card out of all. At 8 mana, the cost is a little on the high side, but it offers... Evasion! If you're running Siege Behemoth in your list, this is a good replacement.
Multicolored
Reyhan, Last of the Abzan: If you're running a counter theme, this should be an auto-include. In my current list, I don't think this card deserves a spot.
Amonkhet
It's fun to see cycle coming back. Alas the -1/-1 effects aren't very beneficial for Kresh. Nothing really caught my eye.
The set has a couple of good cards, but nothing game changing like Selvala, Heart of the Wilds was.
Cruel Reality: Too costly for the effect, and only affects one player.
Final Reward: 5 mana to exile a creature at instant speed isn't bad, but there are better things.
For example, 2 more mana and we have Scour of Existence. And if we dig even deeper, instead of a spell that exiles a creature... Why not take a creature? Duplicant is fetchable with Fierce Empath/Worldly tutor, and when it removes Ulamog or Kozilek it's a threat on itself.
Hazoret's Favor: Interesting, it reminds me of Sneak Attack. But since you have to pay the cost... It's way less effective.
Insult // Injury: Too bad this isn't instant speed. It doesn't double the power like Berserk does, thus making it less interesting. (Fling, Disciple of Bolas, ...)
