1) How good is Goblin Wizard in the deck? Besides that combo with him, is he there just to cheat stuff at the end step of turns to get passed sorcery removal?
2) Does Kormus Bell ever punish you for being black when you don't have the combo?
3) How much does Splinter Twin help being a 2nd Kiki-Jiki?
4) Goblin Bombardment any good? Seems like another 1 drop goblin sac outlet would be better like Goblin Sledder. Maybe use Skirk Fire Marshal for your infinite token infinite damage instead?
1) Goblin Wizard is fantastic! Being able to cheat in goblins is great, not to mention his second ability that give them Protection from White. Goblin wizard deserves to be in every Goblin deck.
2)I do not play Kormus Bell unless Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth is out and rarely then if I don't also have Sharpshooter. I will not let a wrath double as a one-sided armegeddon. If I lose my lands, EVERYBODY loses lands. That said, if someone DOES decide to reset the game, this deck comes back online very quickly.
3) I think redundancy is important. Kiki-Jiki is a huge target and wise players will exile him on sight. Many decks do not have a good way to deal with enchantments though.
4) Goblin Bombardment is only 1 colorless more than Sledder and functions as a way to do damage when someone wraths the board. If I could fit Sledder in though without damaging the combos, I would certainly consider putting him in in addition to all the other sac outlets. Wort decks can never have enough free, repeatable sac outlets. As far as Skirk Fire Marshall goes... I don't fancy doing infinite damage to myself along with all the other players. Besides, Bombardment works wonders with fewer than 10 goblins.

The problem with Splinter Twin, in my testing, is that it dies to creature removal and enchantment removal, because it's an aura. It's also a lot more awkward than Kiki, because you're "locked in" on whatever it enchants. Either you wait for a combo, or you don't combo.
I disagree a bit on Goblin Wizard - I think he's very underwhelming. I do like the pro-white ability, though.
Bombardment is, hands down, one of the best sacrifice outlets there is.
I agree that Splinter Twin is less versatile, but usually when I cast it, I am comboing for the win. Answer it or lose. If it gets answered, I just move on the the next combo. There is no shortage of them in this deck and I often find an on-board combo that I (and everyone else) has been overlooking for a couple a turns.
Sorry you have had a bad experience with Goblin Wizard. Cheating in Goblins has always been good for me. Especially in Decks where the number of Goblins you have on board is important. Gempalm Incinerator and Brightstone Ritual used to be part of this deck and Krenko, Mob Boss still is. Often I will drop a haste enabler on turn 3 and then Wizard and Krenko on turn 4 making 3 and sometimes up to 5 Goblin tokens. I find the extra body helpful, not to mention the Pro White ability.

I have krenko mob boss built and i am impressed each time i play it, i find more and more combos.
I ended up taking some out, so i could focus on just a few.
nim deathmantle + krenko + haste enabler + sac outlet + mana echoes and 1 other goblin in play [or 4 goblins and phyrexian altar/ashod's altar/skirk prospector as the sac outlet]
equip krenko with deathmantle, make goblins - they either make 4 colorless mana on ETB or u sac 3 of them for mana and sac krenko for the 4th mana. sac krenko to sac outlet and use the 4 mana from whatever your combo is to return krenko to play. tap krenko to make more goblins, rinse repeat.
it's a bit more convoluted than some of your other combos, but i didn't see it on the list.
You need something granting all creatures (not just goblins) haste, or something like Lightning Greaves. Swiftfoot Boots works too, but you'll need 1 more goblin than listed below to have enough tokens to pay for equipping the Boots when Krenko comes back.
With Krenko and Phyrexian Altar, you need 3 other goblins. You tap Krenko to make 4 tokens, then sac Krenko and 3 tokens to the Phyrexian Altar. Use this to pay for Nim Deathmantle's trigger (from saccing Krenko), returning a black Zombie Krenko to play. Tap him to make 4 goblins (Krenko isn't a goblin anymore). Sacrifice Krenko and 3 goblins, pay for Nim Deathmantle trigger. From this point on, repeat tapping Krenko for goblins, then saccing Krenko and 3 tokens, then paying for Nim Deathmantle.
With Krenko and Ashnod's Altar, you need 1 other goblin. You tap Krenko to make 2 tokens, then sac Krenko and 1 token to the Ashnod's Altar. Use this to pay for Nim Deathmantle's trigger (from saccing Krenko), returning a black Zombie Krenko to play. Tap him to make 2 goblins. Sacrifice Krenko and a goblin, pay for Nim Deathmantle trigger. From this poiton on, repeat tapping Krenko for goblins, then saccing Krenko and 1 token, then paying for Nim Deathmantle. This is a pretty cool combo, because it goes from 2 goblins to infinite.
With Krenko and Skirk Prospector, you need 4 other goblins. Tap Krenko to make 6 tokens, then sac Krenko and 3 tokens to Skirk Prospector. Use this to pay for Nim Deathmantle's trigger, returning a black Zombie Krenko to play. Tap him to make 8 goblins, then sac 4 of those to equip the Deathmantle to a token. Sacrifice 3 other tokens and Krenko to bring back Krenko. From this point on, repeat tapping Krenko for goblins, saccing 4 to move the Deathmantle, then sacrificing 3 and Krenko to pay for Nim Deathmantle.
Sorry for all the questions, but I'm really trying to assemble this deck without buying the wrong cards. My budget is big enough to just purchase cards I want to test out.
What combos do you find yourself winning with most of the time? I have multiple combos in mine, but not nearly as much as yours. My combos consist of doing infinite with Kiki-Jiki, whether it be with a Necrotic Ooze (Kiki + Mogg Fanatic in the graveyard), Lightning Crafter, Thornbite Staff, etc... or getting infinite tokens with Krenko using Thornbite Staff or Aggravated Assault.
I wonder if I should add cards like Boggart Mob just because getting Kiki-Jiki and Goblin Bombardment seem pretty easy, and he's not bad on his own.
I don't want to go too deep on the combo plan where it hurts my ability to answer opponent's threats or hurts my aggro, though. Or maybe this is something I will need to test out. I'm trying to get the best of both worlds (aggro and combo), but maybe I should just stay focused on combo.
Honestly, while this deck has a LOT of combo potential, it does not do so at the expense of aggro. Goblin Beatdown is still a viable win condition with this deck. Boggart Mob is a great card and I really recommend it.
Goblin Welder is mainly there to recur our artifact combo pieces if they go to the yard. However, I have definitely used his ability on other players to get rid of troubling artifacts like Darksteel Forge, Akroma's Memorial, etc.

Made a LOT of additions to the opening post. I am submitting this for Primer status.
After combing through M14, the only things that stand out as possible additions to the deck are Strionic Resonator and Mutavault.
Strionic Resonator - This just seems to be a worse Cloudstone Curio in this deck. There are quite a number of goblins with triggered abilities, including our General, but I really don't want to pay to use the effect twice. Besides, Cloudstone Curio combos with Kiki-Jiki so that you can play an ETB goblin, copy it and use the Curio to send the original back to your hand to repeat next turn. In a few convoluted instances, Curio is also able to go infinite which the resonator cannot do in this deck.
Mutavault - This could be a good addition. It can up the goblin body count for Krenko, steal slivers' abilities (at least the old ones), and could also be copied by Kiki-Jiki, but I am not sure that is relevant except in a few corner cases.

I played this at my LFGS's EDH night as they were giving out a free pack if you played a tribal deck.
My table had a Zedruu deck that only used her for the colors and seemed to be nothing but counterspells, and other nonsense to mess with the rest of the table. I never saw a win condition from this deck. Next, we had a Brion Stoutarm warrior-tribal deck. He eventually won because the third player Chaos Warped something of his and he flipped Serra Avatar. He was able to attack one person, fling it at another and then imprint it on his Mimic Vat. The third deck was another Wort deck. Not quite as tuned as this one, but he had an eye for Goblin combo pieces and made sure to alert the rest of the table.
All in all, it was a fun game and might have ended much earlier if not for the sharpness of the Wort player. A turn 2 Goblin Recruiter had set me up with two possible winning combos but he made sure that Skirk Prospector was removed as soon as it hit the table and it was imprinted on the Brion player's Mimic Vat to slow me down enough for him to win.

be recurred by Wort if it is a creature when it dies (last know information makes it a goblin).
Just to be clear, this doesn't actually work. Last known information is something that is only checked when something is changing zones, and isn't where it was expected to be. It doesn't let you get back Mutavault with Wort.
After re-reading all of the pertaining rules, it seems you are quite correct.
This is a mistake I made from playing Shirei, where, when an animated land goes to the graveyard, it sets up a delayed trigger to return it to the battlefield.
I have corrected my post.

With black you're definitely a lot less starved for draw and you're already running things better than Chandra, Pyromaster. In my mono-red list, she was a consideration.
Mutavault's probably more applicable in your list than mine, where those corner cases were so few and far between and I just wanted a red source/Mountain.
Strionic Resonator kind of does things, but with tight curves it's not useful until late game and late game it's unnecessary. If we had things like Sylvan Primordial to copy, it'd be better, but we don't. Getting 6 goblins from Siege-Gang Commander instead of 3 isn't a big deal.
I like Ogre Battledriver, but he is off-theme for this deck and you are right about Chandra in this deck. Not needed.

Could you post an updated version of this deck? I noticed a few cards in your "notable exclusions" that are still on the main decklist. I've been working on a similar deck. Right now it's very much in the testing stages .. the deck use to be Sliver combo but I got bored with it, and I've always liked goblins, so I tore apart my 60 card goblin deck and threw in my tutors and whatnot.
Did you ever consider Cryptic Gateway for this deck? I'm currently working on my own Wort deck, and Gateway seems like it could could be good.
By itself, it lets you unload a handful of goblins, and it combos with Cloudstone Curio and any of the token-making goblins (Siege-Gang Commander, Beetleback Chief, Goblin Marshal, Mogg War Marshal with a sac outlet, Krenko with haste) to make infinite tokens.
Awesome looking tribal deck.i was wondering how up to date it was with all the new goblins out or if nothings changed. And what you guys thought of the modern horizons goblins.
I will definitely be adding some of the Modern Horizons goblins to the deck. We are just getting back into M:tg after a 2 year hiatus and I am still in the process of updating decks.

equip krenko with deathmantle, make goblins - they either make 4 colorless mana on ETB or u sac 3 of them for mana and sac krenko for the 4th mana. sac krenko to sac outlet and use the 4 mana from whatever your combo is to return krenko to play. tap krenko to make more goblins, rinse repeat.
it's a bit more convoluted than some of your other combos, but i didn't see it on the list.
My Blog - contains my decklists
Uril, The Miststalker
Frankie Peanuts - needs to move to multiplayer.
I typically use him as a way to recur combo, and good stuff like Memory Jar.
Goblin Welder is mainly there to recur our artifact combo pieces if they go to the yard. However, I have definitely used his ability on other players to get rid of troubling artifacts like Darksteel Forge, Akroma's Memorial, etc.

Just to be clear, this doesn't actually work. Last known information is something that is only checked when something is changing zones, and isn't where it was expected to be. It doesn't let you get back Mutavault with Wort.

Ogre Battledriver is also interesting, as a more "in-curve" In the Web of War.
