My first Commander deck. It's made a lot of changes over the years. The concept is a pretty aggressive "no budget," good stuff deck that allows me to police the board and play at my own pace. I've paid pretty close attention to the curve of the deck and casting costs to make this a very efficient deck. If you have some recommendations let me know, I'm always willing to try stuff out.
edit to deck
removing: Umezawa's Jitte, Batterskull, Steelshaper's gift, Geist of Saint Traft, Survival of the Fittest, and Mystic Snake
adding: Bribery, Enlighten Tutor, Consecrated Sphinx, Crucible of Worlds, Eladamri's Call, and
Nature's Lore looks promising and I'll definitely give that a shot. Though I'm a little worried it won't be as constant with my mana base. Maybe faster, but it can only get 1 dual and 1 shock beyond my 3 forest, where Farseek can get 2 duals, 2 shocks, or 3 islands/plains (which i'd already have to have a green source and I usually do not need a 2nd Forest. Weathered Wayfarer is more conditional and has a mana cost to its ability AND it goes to hand vs field so I might pass on that. It also gives me 1 less target for Green sun and a 1 drop instead of a 3 drop which is important for my curve for Birthing Pod.
I took Stoneforge Mystic out, though I may look at putting it back in. I don't know if 5 pieces of equipment is enough to justify her. Karmic Guide has a great ETB affect that fits this deck, though I feel that Genesis is better but I'll try it out.
I may look at Body Double.
I have seriously considered Oblivion Stone and might make room for it. Academy Ruins just simply doesn't have a spot, not enough room. Gaea's Cradle is great and I might eventually put one in, however it doesn't help much in early game, and I actually have more blue than green currently.
I have a Skull Clamp and might see if I can fit it in.
I just thought I would add that I run Stoneforge Mystic with only 3 targets for it. Skullclamp and Sword of Feast and Famine are both monsters though. I think there is the option of possibly cutting the one mana equip boots for it as well as an option as it can still fetch you Lightning Greaves if that is what you want but the redundancy of both is rarely something I feel is necessary.
I agree with Swift's suggestion to replace Genesis. You don't have enough reliable ways to get it into the graveyard and even then its really slow to get value where as Body Double / Karmic Guide are much faster and don't have as many strings attached in getting value. I happen to also run Reveillark which makes both of them even better in my mind due to their easy recovery from him. If you do boost up your reanimation package though you might need to consider swapping out Relic of Progenitus for some other hate like Tormod's Crypt though.

advise taken, i'll probably also take out one of my Kodama's Reach / Cultivate or Farseek for a Farhaven Elf. The only issue i see with that is that i can't fetch a multi-colored land and give up the ability to fetch 2 for the ability to search for 1 with the possibility to abuse the effect later in the game, but i'm attempting to win early with Aggro. I'll also consider swapping out Relic of Progenitus for Tormod's Crypt as well.
Your colorless land count is a little high for my likes. I put a lot of pressure on opponents by having the option of a turn three Jenara as often as possible with my landbase. Any colorless land in your opener risks pushing her back turns so you either need more lands in your opener or possibly less colorless lands to hit that goal. If you have less of a goal of an early Jenara its not as big of a deal but I put some emphasis on hitting her on curve.
Restoration Angel - I got annoyed that it couldn't flicker Jenara herself and in a wrath situation it only retriggered an ETB without saving the creature. I personally cut it for another counterspell which was cheaper and just more versatile. Flickering can be nice but its only one flicker, its target is situational to not our commander, and it cant jump wraths. My biggest issue was that the body on it also did not seem to matter much in this format where as when it was standard or playing it in modern the 3/4 flyer is very relevant.
Vendilion Clique - its an issue of lots of opponents and timing with this card. Again similarly to the angel above I find the body on it doesnt matter that much for killing people and its hard to be pre-emptive on who to hate with it and when. I don't feel it scales all that well for multiplayer EDH due to this.
Spellskite ETB creatures generally don't need much protection. You do have a few more bomby creatures in your list than I do. I have mixed feelings I guess.
Enlightened Tutor -> Tezzeret the Seeker or Wargate there is no reason to dip into the card disadvantage of this tutor. I like Tezzeret a lot more personally but I could also see Wargate also being a better option. I just feel like Enlightened doesn't have much room in this sort of list.
Detention Sphere Oblivion Ring effects loose some power in this format because they can be taken out as collateral damage from things like Oblvion Stone and suddenly something problematic comes back. It can work against tokens alright but if they have any sac outlet they can bypass this as well. I think its a little underwhelming to be honest.
I noticed you were not running Skullclamp as well. It is a really powerful equipment with ETB creatures as a lot of them are x/1s and great to just run over for value. In the same suggestion I think Trinket Mage is really solid as well especially if you add the clamp in.
Overall, your creature tutoring options seem really limited. I would advise against the cutting of Green Sun's Zenith and probably try to add Eladamri's Call in there as well.
Your wrath options could be a little low as well. I also run Oblivion Stone, Ixidron, and Elesh Norn which I saw that you do not. I have a lot of tutors in my list and these extra options of clearing out the board come in really handy.
Thanks for the reply. Restoration Angel - i can see your point, and was on the edge with it as well. - i might use this slot for a Trinket Mage Spellskite - is just really to protect Jenarah or play politics with, but agree it could be removed for clamp Qasali Pridemage - i believe you when you say an ETB effect of this may be better, so i'll try the Harmonic Sliver Relic of progenitus - changed to Tormod's Crypt Detention sphere was just supposed to be a catch all, but you are correct that a it can lose its affect with all the enchantment hate, i'll try Oblivion Stone
----- Vendilion clique i'd like to try and keep since i play a lot of combo in my meta, and with the ability to fetch for it with survival of the fittest and if i possibly add fauna shaman
Enlightened Tutor - its so good in early game it hard for me to cut, but i may try something (i'm adding Trinket Mage anyway so i think it might be ok)
I'm sure this deck will never be done evolving with the meta, but i can honestly say that THIS is the most confident i have felt about my multiplayer edh deck EVER.
Body Double can copy Reveillark and when it dies it can use the Reveillark ability to bring itself and some other creature back, allows it to block all day unless it is exiled or tucked, and if you have High Market up, even that won't work.
Why no Wargate? It's such a catch all answer - can be used to fetch a utility land (like Kor Haven against aggro decks) or Tormod's Crypt. It's a great tutor that scales with the board state - early it can be used to get Skullclamp or Sol Ring and later it can get Swords. I've even used it to get a Strip Mine to take out a Cabal Coffers
How has Craterhoof Behemoth been working for you? Looks like it has some sentimental value to you, but without Avenger of Zendikar it doesnt seem great. I don't often see Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir in Jenara decks and am interested to see if it could take Craterhoof's spot. Triple blue is a little rough, but it's such a house.
Unless it's a meta call, is Homeward Path really an upgrade over Academy Ruins? You run 11 artifacts, including some high targeted ones likes swords, crucible of worlds, and birthing pod.
My Cubes - The Busted Cube. A fully functional, almost 100% custom cube. The project started out by asking "What if other colors got cards on the power level of Mana Drain,Ancestral Recall, and Time Walk?" Draft and enjoy!

I currently do have Reveillark in the deck and it is on the list above, its absolutely fantastic. I'll consider High Market, not sure what I want to cut for it though.

Wargate was in at one point, it just didn't end up making the cut. It may go back in, but I haven't say I'm missed it more than once in my meta. Though I keep it around to throw back in for the exact reasons you stated. It may replace Chord of Calling but I really like the use of an instant and possible convoke.
Craterhoof Behemoth is really only in there in case I'm getting board because the game is taking to long and I just want to end it haha. It's a great closer. I will admit it was much better with Avenger of Zendikar, but I still wanted to keep a trump card in just in case. I don't see Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir replacing him in any way shape or form; maybe Prime Speaker Zegana- which I only have in because I always seem to run out of gas (same reason for Rhystic Study). I'd rather them not need to be in, but they give me so much advantage compared to previously that I can't force myself to take them out.
I also love Elves in Legacy and I'm hoping to one day build it. So Craterhoof Behemoth is one of my personal favorites.
Homeward Path is strictly a meta call. There are a lot of people here that are thieving bastards lol. I like to play politics and this gives me help doing so. However, I do agree that Academy Ruins is a much better land for this deck. If the meta changes, as will that land slot.
What would you think about adding Hadana's Climb? I am not normally one for trying to make Jenara better outside of her own ability but it flips to be a reasonable land and the activated ability of the land is really kind of spooky.

Mystic Snake is fantastic, even without Deadeye Navigator. The tutor effect is why I like it better than Pact of Negation. It also gives me a 4 cmc body to Pod away. That's been really important getting to 5 cmc for Prophet of Kruphix
