Finale of Devastation - Not only does it work as a tutor but a reanimate as well. Not only that, but it's not uncommon to easily produce 12 mana with this deck. I can tutor or resurrect a key creature (maybe Craterhoof Behemoth) and then give my horde +10/+10. Definitely worth considering.
God-Eternal Rhonas - Bonus points for the zombie typing. It has a great etb trigger that makes my horde even nastier. It's second ability is amazing for a Sidisi deck too since it can be self-milled after it's dead then exiled then tucked 3rd from the top. It's body is great for it's CMC. No wonder it's a mythic rare.
Storm the Citadel - I like that it pumps my creatures and gives me the potential of destroying a considerable amount of artifacts and/or enchantments.
Bond of Insight - Self-mills for 4 and is able to recover up to two instant and/or sorcery cards from the graveyard which are the hardest cards to recur in the deck. Definitely worth considering.
Eternal Skylord - Potentially creates a zombie token when it enters the battlefield and then gives my zombie tokens flying. Not as good as having Wonder in the graveyard with an island in play, though.
Spark Double - Not as good as Clever Impersonator but at least it allows me to have two Sidisi in play or two copies of one of my planeswalkers.
Eternal Taskmaster - Being a zombie means it gets a lot of buffs in this deck so attacking with it in order to trigger its ability shouldn't be a problem. Definitely worth consideration for the Budget Build.
Finale of Eternity - This deck can produce 12 mana fairly easily so being able to destroy up to 3 creatures and then reanimate my entire graveyard is nothing scoff at.
Liliana, Dreadhorde General - While all abilities are relatively relevant, the best ones are the static one and the /+1\ ones. Being able to draw a card when a creature dies and creating a zombie token is good enough to consider this card for the deck. The \-4/ helps against voltron, at least.
Vizier of the Scorpion - Although it only buffs zombie tokens and not zombies per sé, it's a zombie itself and gives zombie tokens deathtouch which makes for a sweet rattlesnake army. Oh, and it also creates a zombie token when it enters the battlefield.
Tamiyo, Collector of Tales - The static ability is nice but not that necessary in this deck. The other abilities are great and very synergistic with Sidisi, though.

I am so torn atm. As mentioned before, I've been taking the deck in a more competitive direction but I'm not sure I'm enjoying playing it nearly as much as I did when it was zombie tribal. Don't get me wrong, I'm enjoying the increase in win percentage but I don't think the overall gameplay is as much fun for me.

It just always seems to win in the same way now, token army swarm. Before there was the Gravecrawler-ping route, the potential Undead Alchemist-Altar of Dementia mill route. I don't know, maybe I just miss having the other potential win-cons which was part of what I loved about the deck to begin with.
There's multiple ways to make the swarm, but it's still winning pretty much every time by swarm.

Yeah, I understand. That's why I kept two versions of the deck. I was torn between how to play it. It's also not that difficult to swap out the different cards between the decks depending on which version you'd want to be playing, if that's an option for you.

Long time admirer of the competitive deck. Played it at my local game store many times now and have done quite well with it, so many thank yous for the inspiration!
Do you have a top 3 possible inclusion list from War of the Spark?

Hi! Welcome to the forums!
Thanks for your support! In part that's why I put together this primer in the first place!
If I had to choose a top 3 from War of the Spark for this deck it would be Bond of Insight, Spark Double, and God-Eternal Rhonas. Bond of Insight self-mills and is so far the best way to recover instants and sorceries for this deck. Spark Double is not as good as Clever Impersonator but you could clone whatever Clever Impersonator cloned - which is still good. Also, it's a creature you can reanimate. So being able to copy a key creature at instant speed could be very important. You could also clone Sidisi to make the gameplan run even faster and smoother. Finally, God-Eternal Rhonas is a pretty good card in vein with Craterhoof Behemoth. Giving your horde double the power and vigilance means you could very quickly take out at least one opponent and have an army of chump blockers in defense position until your next turn starts. Additionally, if it gets destroyed or exiled, you can put it 3rd from the top of your library. Something Sidisi will not mind at all because it'll get you a 2/2 zombie token for its efforts.

I had the same experience. As I tried to make the deck better, I ended up moving away from zombie tribal, which was the original reason I chose Sidisi in the first place. Just recently, I decided to take apart the deck. The expensive green cards ended up in my Yisan, the Wanderer Bard cEDH deck, and I built a more casual zombie tribal deck with Gisa and Geralf at the helm from the rest of it.
I still like Pact of Negation better because it's actually free. It's a tricolored deck; I might not even have the blue card in my hand to exile for the alternate cost.
So far I'm more excited about Undead Augur. At least for the Zombie Build.

That's kinda what I was thinking DK. It's a great card but it kinda seems like Villainous Wealth in that it can have an impact but it doesn't really fit the deck.

Food Chain is a great card to run in Sidisi, as well.
There have been a couple of cards revealed so far for Modern Horizons that I would like to single out before my set review once it's completely spoiled.
Bazaar Trademage seems really good in filling the graveyard with cards from your hands. In my original build way back when Sidisi was spoiled in Khans of Tarkir I was running Bazaar of Baghdad. Granted, that was while testing on Cockatrice because that card is completely out of my league price-wise. However, having that ability on a creature interested me. But I tested Magus of the Bazaar and found it lacking. Yet this creature version is much better. Yes, it costs 1 more but it doesn't require tapping or activation for that matter. I probably won't end up finding a slot to test it in because I don't discard in this deck, but it definitely piqued my interest.
Stream of Thought is something I do definitely want to test, though. You can self-mill 4 for a mere U. Not only that, but you can shuffle 4 cards back into the deck. Now, that's not something we really want to do with the deck, but it might still have some uses. The replicate cost is cute as well, should we have enough mana to make it worth it. This is a great card then early game and late game as well thanks to the replicate.
Undead Augur is definitely something I want to test in the Zombie Build. I can dig through my deck by killing off zombies.
Glacial Revelation seems interesting. If all my basics were snow then I would get any lands in my hand and then self-mill the rest. If the price of snow-covered basics significantly decrease thanks to this set, I would consider this card for the Budget Build.

Having played several games with cards from War of the Spark now in my Zombie build, here's my opinions...
Vizier of the Scorpion- If it was even just a 1/2 it would be so much better. Being a 1/1 for 3 just hurts the card so bad. Maybe if it hit all your zombies and not just your tokens. Has been removed.
Gleaming Overseer- Unlike the previous card, the big butt on this 1/4 for 3 makes it very playable with the static ability. Hexproof hasn't mattered yet but giving your tokens Menace? That has actually won me two games already. Will be staying.
Eternal Skylord- Giving all your tokens flying is nice but Wonder is one of the first things I look to put in my graveyard with the many ways of doing so. Has been a dead draw almost every time I've drawn it. Has been removed.
Finale of Devastation- I am dying to get to cast this but I've yet to be draw it or be able to bring it back from my GY in 12 games with it in the deck. Staying as I've yet to get to play it.
Side note- I went with your suggestion DK, I have sleeved up the cards to be able to play either the competitive build or the zombie build with just switching out cards.

Thanks for the testing and subsequent report! Your opinions on the performance of these cards are spot on. The only one I'm unsure about is Gleaming Overseer. It has a decent body and gives Zombie tokens an amazing boon. However, zombie tokens having hexproof isn't that outstanding a concept to me. When you have a dozen or so tokens who's going to waste single target spells on them? The menace is a great ability, though. However, Lord of the Accursed can already do that. Sure, you have to pay 1B and tap it but it gives all your zombies menace and not just the tokens. I've used it to much success in my Zombie Build and menace is definitely a great ability for horde decks.
For Finale of Devastation, what's your target? Is it Craterhoof Behemoth? Or are there any impactful creatures that you're gonna wanna cheat into play with it? The good thing about this card is that not only is it a tutor/reanimator, but it's also a pump spell.
The cards I'm really most interested in trying out is Bond of Insight and the new Tamiyo. Zombie Rhonas looks really good. I wanna see how to shoe that into the Zombie Build. It just has great abilities and a relevant body for its mana cost.
Hopefully I'll be a bit more relaxed in the upcoming months in order to test out some more. Modern Horizons seems like such a great set so far. Maybe if enough of it is sold then the cards will be cheap enough for me to buy singles from it.
