I ended up proxying Feldon of the Third Path this weekend and threw together a deck out of my mono-red toolbox, doing a couple Gatherer searches to find some interesting niche cards, picked them up from my FLGS and started into testing the deck. I played around a dozen matches with the deck over the past few days, both 1v1, 40 Life; and multiplayer. The decks that I was playing against were mostly well tuned decks and while not degenerate I'd consider most of the decks to be competitive.
In playing random 1v1 games, the deck has yet to lose. It comes out with a quick value engine and unless you can answer it multiple times through the game, or deal with the graveyard at critical moments games snowball out of control. Stars while playing 1v1, Goblin Settler/Avalanche Riders, Inferno Titan, Scuttling Doom Engine, Wurmcoil Engine.
In multiplayer games, both 3 and 4 man pods, the deck has yet to take a win. Feldon is an excellent value engine, but I think there are quite a few things that make him nearly unplayable in more than 1v1.
• Having multiple opponents it's fairly easy to keep Feldon off the table, while having a 2/3 body for 3 is really good, it's still really fragile.
• Your strategy and your available paths to victory are often wide out in the open. This lets people prepare for your plays since you're getting a lot of value from the graveyard.
•You're utilizing the graveyard, which is one of the easiest zones to shut down nowadays, and at least in the group I'm playing with every deck was playing some form of grave nuking.
So what I'm really looking is for feedback to see if there is any way to really bring this deck into being viable in an environment where people are running propper spot removal, graveyard hate, etc. etc.
Run Tormenting Voice and Wild Guess. Throws stuff in your 'yard for Feldon to Feldonize, and you get two cards for it. Sounds like a win.
If you take nothing else away from this message, RUN UTVARA HELLKITE! I MEAN IT! IT IS BY FAR THE BEST CREATURE FOR FELDON, ESPECIALLY IN MULTIPLAYER GAMES!
Thinking about it I think that might be my missing link, just running some HUGE fatties. Also don't currently own a Wurmcoil, which is why it isn't in the deck. Soon as I get the Pre-cons that is going to change.
This may be an out there approach, but consider very big creatures, including Eldrazi, with a focused discard package. I'll be making this deck too and my goal will be focus on Sneak Attack as recommended above. You'll only get one attack for certain rehuffle ones, but it will be crushing.
I also play Weiss Schwarz, Chaos, Vanguard and Wixoss.
Weiss Schwarz Sets
Accel World, Angel Beats, Familiar of Zero, Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet, Guilty Crown, Kill La Kill, Robotics;Notes, Sword Art Online.
Chaos Partners
Arpeggio of Blue Steel: Iona, Kirishima, Kongou.
Dangan Ronpa: Asahina, Togami.
Freezing: Vibration: Chiffon, Satelizer.
Vanguard Clans Favoured
Angel Feather, Dark Irregulars, Genesis, Neonecter, Pale Moon, Shadow Paladins, Tachikaze.

A good start though for a fun general.
That's what I tried to do, I had trouble making it consistent. When it did work, it was absolutely pulverizing. When it didn't, it was absolutely pulverizing for me
Token makers are probably the second most important thing for Feldon outside of looting effects. Because we spend most of our mana on creating artifacts with Feldon each turn it is difficult to establish board presence. I'd like to second Siege-Gang Commander and Utvara Hellkite. I'd add Chancellor of the Forge and Goblin Marshal to that list as well. The goblins and Chancellor gum up the board and the Hellkite can produce stupid amounts of damage when you have things like Kiki-Jiki and Sundial on the field. Also, considering you are running Goblin Matron there isn't really any reason not to run the two goblins unless you just don't want to play with them.
One of my favorite cards from my list is surprisingly Sliversmith. The ability to discard a card and create a token that is also an artifact is surprisingly useful. He combos well with Goblin Welder because you don't have to waste utility artifacts to get things back from your graveyard. The other day I curved Goblin Welder into Silversmith and on my third turn discarded Caged Sun and traded it for the sliver token. With my last two mountains I cast Feldon.
Your deck runs far more mana rocks than mine does currently and I think that is a good thing. For a while I was having trouble using Feldon and casting relevant things on the same turn. As I test more and find cards I don't like I may find room for Rings of Brighthearth and Karn Liberated too. I would be running both already but I would only be using Karn for his exile ability and I can't justify spending $42 on that alone.

I also forgot to mention Starke of Rath. You can use Feldon on him for essentially reusable, unconditional, instant speed artifact or creature removal.
I've been tinkering with a Feldon deck myself. I think Fanatic of Mogis could be interesting, especially over and over again out of your graveyard. Another thing I'm considering is Pandemonium and/or Warstorm Surge. They both fit well with Feldon activations and give you a little reach. Strionic Resonator could be a thing too with all of the 187 dorks in the deck.
I'm delving this up from the grave, but I thought I would add some spice to the old convo. First, it seems fun and logical to run a land destruction theme with Feldon, but its really hard to use successfully in multiplayer. So maybe that's a 1v1-only deck... and as a second deck for multiplayer you run Slivers (or 1v1), which have plenty of 2-4 drops that all work well together. Slivers give you Sliversmith, as stated above, as well as Hivestone to get Feldon and his copies under the Sliver umbrella, then there's Hollowhead Sliver for more discard/draw, as well as a bunch of other worthy Sliver deck inclusions. Which brings me to a question... in a 100 card deck, how many would be the fewest Slivers you would run to justify using them as a secondary theme at all? 8? 10? 12...?
And while the ideal would be a deck that plays great in multiplayer and/or 1v1, you can feasibly build two versions of this deck for pretty cheap (just proxy and double-use the few expensive cards). Anyway...

Slamming someone over the head with a Pathrazer of Ulamog or It That Betrays T4 is beyond brutal. Dragon Tyrant is the fattest, so wouldn't hurt either. How you're missing Wurmcoil Engine is beyond me but fix it

I would also trade out Reverberate for Dualcaster Mage when you get your hands on it. Daretti, Scrap Savant will be a great include too.

Lightning Greaves is of course great protection for Feldon.
Also, if you have one, Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle seems like an auto-include in mono-red. This is especially true in light of that the fact that you are running Worldgorger Dragon.

These days there are lots of good options for discard/draw spells/creatures, and this deck can use a lot of them. But the big monsters are the bread and butter of Feldon's abilities, and the best options are those that have ETB/attack/death triggers. The ones I would add to the list that haven't been mentioned yet (and more or less updating to Theros Beyond Death): Bane of Bala Ged, Drakuseth, Maw of Flames, Ancient Stone Idol, Meteor Golem, Artisan of Kozilek, Combustible Gearhulk, Balefire Dragon, Etali, Primal Storm, and Spawnsire of Ulamog. Other cards with good synergy are Ilharg, the Raze-Boar, Goblin Engineer, Seismic Mage, Trading Post, Thud and Fling, Crack the Earth, Altar of Dementia to get better monsters into your grave, Dreamshaper Shaman, Bloodrage Brawler, Flamerush Rider, Purphoros, Bronze-Blooded, Panharmonicon, Grimoire of the Dead, Millikin, and Grafted Wargear... I could keep going...
