This is my second longest running deck, the commander of which had changed several times before the printed the good Olivia. That's right, Olivia Voldaren fans, I'm throwing shade, cause this general has everything black and red mana could ever ask for!
1) A discard outlet, because a dragon in the graveyard is worth 2 in the hand.
2) A power and toughness boost to make people hurt more.
3) Haste, cause when you want something in black and red, you want it right now!
And then some fiddly stuff about making things vampires, who cares about that though when there's pain to inflict. Here's the game plan: play Olivia, then play a small creature to discard a fat one, then reanimate the fat one and give it haste. Then discard more things and sacrifice things and bring them all back and kill people more, and of course it wouldn't be my deck if it didn't involve drawing a billion cards. Here's the deck.
For your reanimation package, how well do Entreat the Dead and Twilight's Call work out for you? I had wanted to try the former in another deck and it really didn't seem that great. And Twilight's Call *does* seem great since you can cast it as an Instant, but 8 mana is really steep.
Bazaar of Baghdad could help fuel some of the reanimation. It isn't even in the realm of "reasonable" but if you happen to have one, it might be worthwhile.
As for your creatures, Thunderblust seems to be an odd one out. All the rest seems really powerful and do a lot of cool things (though Hellcarver Demon seems like it could backfire hard) and then this one is just...."there". I know with Olivia it can keep coming back since she can get rid of the counter but a 7/2 Haste that gets knocked over by a stiff breeze seems poor. Even Inferno Titan as a way to get in some additional damage and kill some pesky creatures seems better.
Overall, I like the direction you have taken with the deck.

I just went on way too long a rant about Hellcarver Demon over in the random deck thread. I love it. Backfiring is a risk worth taking!
Thunderblust is neat with Olivia for doing things like turning Thermopod into Skirge Familiar, but also it's a reasonably castable threatening card that keeps the pressure on through board wipes.
Entreat the Dead has been fine, sometimes it's big and swingy, but having a floor of Rise from the Grave is perfectly acceptable. The only reason I would even consider cutting Twilight's Call is because they keep printing more mass reanimation spells these days. I want max Living Death effects cause they often just kill people.

I feel like I'm gonna be killing a lot more things.
And if the store had a Balthor, the Defiled, I would add that too. We'll label that "eventually".
