I feel like High Tide can really be abused, as you can cast it twice in a turn off God-Eternal Kefnet ability.
Long-Term Plans also seems like a good way to setup the top of your library.
There is a little bit that the deck isn't all that proactive with the extra turns themselves. If you look at your instants they are very reactive, so it's not like you can get a lot of value during your extra turns with these. You'll always be able to do some stuff, you know cast some artifacts and even a creature or two, but it's not like busted turns, even if you do get a couple of them in a row.
You could definitely look at exchanging some of the instants that are disruption for card draw instead.
For example AEtherspouts doesn't work with God-Eternal Kefnet and not useful during extra turns.
Really liking this decklist! I have some suggestions which make your list more streamlined, I guess?
I'm personally missing Swan Song in the counter suite.
I would play Future Sight over Precognition Field. Not only does it allow you to play each card on top of your library, you'll also get the sweet card draw engine with Top.
Speaking of Top, how about adding a Trinket Mage? And while we're at it, Muddle the Mixture counters and finds Scroll Rack, as do Inventors' Fair and Whir of Invention. It could be that your artifact count is too low for the Fair, but I could see you adding more fast many for all the costly spells anyway. Daretti-senpai should be aware of the many options now, shouldn't he?
I'm not sure if things like Docent, Talrand or Metallurgic Summonings are really needed. I mean, once you're in the Kefnet loop, you can lay the beats with your commander and your opponents will be forced to concede anyway (unless they wanna waste everyone's time).

I definitely have noticed that I'm not doing too much during those extra turns, especially if I'm not drawing into anything else.
Jace will be added for sure, as well as Trinket Mage and Muddle the Mixture, possibly Isochron for the reasons stated above. Should I cut some of the reactive cards for more card draw then?
My thoughts are that blue is known for being control, so I need to have many counters, but this deck may be different and not need as many?
You can cut Plea for Power since most of the time it will be 3U: Draw three cards. I'd cut Docent as well.
Try to evaluate the cards with the assumption that your commander won't be always in play because i think that Kefnet will draw much aggro from the table
Another option would be a way to constantly abuse High tide and have an infinite mana alternative wincon with BSZ.
I am interested in how this deck develops because i am thinking of building kefnet as well albeit with a 75% orientation
I have updated the deck to take a more cEDH approach at this point. I haven’t posted in the cEDH forum as of yet, as I’m not sure this is on the same level as some of those decks.
Please note that I didn’t create this deck. I merely transposed it from ShaperSavant on TappedOut and made some slight tweaks.
So based off this new list, where does it stand as far as changes needed? I will be testing it out this weekend in MTGO.
I think this is definitely a cEDH list and I recommend requesting that it be moved there (I can help with that...).
I think your list is actually quite good. It seems like the end goal is to be able to loop Nexus of Fate indefinitely and kill everyone via combat damage, is that correct? The only thing I could think of adding is some redundancy with Beacon of Tomorrows. Otherwise, the list is quite streamlined at this point. You could probably find room to squeeze in Pull from Tomorrow and Blue Sun's Zenith so that you have an outlet for Dramatic Scepter.

If it’s better suited for the cEDH forum, then by all means!
The main extra turn spells you want are Capture/Warp/Manipulation and then combine it with Scroll Rack and/or Isochron Scepter with Narset’s Reversal to take infinite turns, then win via Kefnet. Although I may look into have another way to win if need be.
Could go with LabMan to go alongside SDT/Future Sight/Sculptor.
Narset's Reversal has popped up a few times as well as being a good card, so I guess I really need to give it a try.
You could always go with a flavor win and include Jace, Wielder of Mysteries? Since he and Kefnet both came out in the same set. Or for true flavor win, use Kefnet the Mindful and get in for combat beatz, heh.

New Jace may be good to include too as an alternative to LabMan. I may have to find room for a couple Draw X spells in order to facilitate a win in this manner.
Do you see any cards in the list that may be ok cuts?
The only two cards I can think to cut are Manifold Insights and Pieces of the Puzzle. But those two cards are pretty good with Kefnet and have lower CMC than the X spells I suggest. Honestly, I think you could cut the Insights and leave Pieces in, since having your opponents select which cards you keep is just worse than Pieces.
Otherwise, the list is extremely tight and doesn't have too much wiggle room for new cards.
Looking for feedback on cards that aren't needed and ones that should be in here.

You play Narset's Reversal, but no Isochron Scepter? Together, they also allow you to bounce your own extra turn spells.
What about Wincons? I mean, of course, infinite extra turns are a pretty good option, but cards like Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries should be in there in my opinion. That's why I'd cut Finale of Revelation.
If you play Metallurgic Summonings, you could also play Mechanized Production as another wincon.
What about protection? Propaganda or Glacial Chasm both sound like valid options to buy yourself some time.

Well, it would work with options to draw cards on an opponent's turn. Cycling effects for example.
