After my first few posts I've finally found the time/guts to post my first decklist. And this deck is still under construction and obviously open for feedback. First off I've never played a dedicated artifact deck and I've wanting to build one. My playgroup has a few Breya's, Daretti's and the Izzet precon. I wanted something else and after seeing Sai, Master Thopterist I was sold on him and started thinking about a decklist. He has nice stats, a nice trigger and to boot a nice draw engine.
The general idea of the deck is getting a bunch of thopters on the field and either attack with them or sac them to different outlets to get value.
As the title suggests I'm looking for help and/or feedback to make this list even better. And not being that experienced played with artifact style decks every tip, piece of feedback will help me greatly.
Expedition Map and Tolaria West are both good land tutors you can use to assemble Urzatron more regularly. They can also grab your other utility lands, so you're not giving up a whole lot by adding them.
Master Transmuter and Phyrexian Metamorph are a bit generic goodstuff but they're great in pretty much any blue artifact shell. You can do stuff with Transmuter like pick up and put down Spine of Ish Sah repeatedly for 1 blue mana.
As for cuts, the Clock of Omens doesn't look like it's doing a whole lot. Retrofitter Foundry doesn't look good without an infinite mana combo to close out the game. Gravitational Shift costs a lot for what it does, especially since you have so many other anthem effects. Aetherflux Reservoir similarly looks like it'll underperform without some kind of infinite to make it wipe out the table.
Hope some of these help. I like the deck a lot and most changes i'd make would be more personal preference than objective improvement.
As for your suggestions most are ones I can get behind and most of them crossed my mind at some point but Expedition Map and Tolaria West I've actually missed (since I've added Urzatron quite late) so those will find their way in the list soon. Aetherflux Reservoirwill be one of the first cuts, since I don't feel like going the egg route.
You can also go a more dedicated combo route but I assumed that wasn't what you wanted to do based on most of the card choices. But just in case you want the combo option, Banishing Knack or Retraction Helix on Battered golem or Traxos, Scourge of Kroog plus any 0 cost artifact gives you infinite ETB triggers and cast triggers. With Sai out you have infinite thopters. Aetherflux kills the table, Altar of the Brood mills the table, and I'm sure there's a couple I forgot. It definitely works and you can easily tutor for all the pieces; it's just a question of how you want the deck to play.

My meta is quite diverse(they range from semi-competive to jank)but a few of the commanders I encounter are: Meren, Breya, Vannifar, Karador, Tazri, Sliver Overlord, Sen Triplets, Etali, Mayael and many many more.
Nice list! I also play Sai. Maybe more manarocks, since they work incredibly well with paradox engine.
I have coat of arms in my list. It acts like a craterhoof behemoth effect. 10/10 flying copters is nearly unstopable. With enough tutor effects it is quite an reliable win condition

I have not thought about Coat of Arms, since even better death by thopters. Now I want to make a slot for it, choices choices. Extra rocks will be going in to support of the Helix/Knack combo. A few of them 0 cmc base cost like Chalice and Cornucopia, which in turn will better with Paradox engine as mana sinks.
Hey all I will be adding the Retraction Helix/Traxos, Scourge of Kroog combo in the deck, I just have to figure out which card I want to replace them with. Thinking of going down some lands since I have plenty of rocks and will be adding some more in support of the combo. Hopefully I will have a updated list at the end of the week.
Another card that will find a slot on the list will be Coat of Arms as additional win condition with thopters on board.

Mechanized Production] wins you the game off of 8 thopters. Emergence Zone lets you cast it at the end step.
Eldrazi Monument and/or Darksteel Forge would make you a lot tougher to put down once you going.
