Hey folks, I'm new here and I've been working on a Golos, Tireless Pilgrim deck I wanted some help on. I've been vacillating between a few different lands matters generals and when Golos was spoiled I thought, "great, I no longer have to decide which of these to make my general, I can just shove them all in the same deck." I wanted to avoid the whole Maze's End thing and just focus on lands. I think I'm close to being ready to put this together in paper but I'm about 8 cards short and don't know how I want to finish off the deck. So I'm turning to the forum for advice and suggestions.
Also, there's a few obvious includes like Crucible of Worlds and Exploration that I don't have in here but would if I could afford it or thought I could trade for it easily. Most of what's here are things I either already have due to stupid luck (like Scroll Rack) or things I'm sure I can acquire easily (like Yarok, the Desecrated)
I've been playing a Golos deck for a few weeks now and have been loving it. I took a quick look at your list and there are three cards I think should be added, if you so choose:
1. Alchemist's Refuge is the hidden commander of my deck. It allows you to use Golos's activated ability on your opponent's turn; you can't play any lands off of if when you do so, but I feel that's a small downside.
2. Field of the Dead is extremely easy to trigger in this deck (especially if you change 1 of each basic to the snow version).
3. Avenger of Zendikar
I got Golos too and tweaking it also, here is my list it is not so much focus on lands though but it can go toe to toe with my playgroup using Urza, Godo, Prosh, and Breya.
At first I based my concept on my old deck Jhoira of the Ghitu (I was so happy I thought Im getting a Jhoira of the Ghitu 2.0) exploiting Golos' activated ability and arranging the top deck with tutors and racks and putting Obliterate and some Eldrazi on top deck for the win. But as the more I played with Golos I shifted my concept to more like Thrasios deck abandoning the Obliterate route to Seedborn Muse.
You can consider to add these cards:
Lands *Remember each of this can be fetched by Golos* Alchemist's Refuge - This is the heart of every Golos deck it gives you flash Glacial Chasm - No damage and attack shenanigans will kill you, good with Crucible of worlds, Ramunap Excavator, and Lord Windgrace Phyrexian Tower - Sac engine for Golos if you need to recur him if no blink available, also protects Golos from steal shenanigans Homeward Path - One word, Gilded Drake Cascading Cataracts - Converts colorless mana to 5 colors for Golos' activation Sunscorched Desert - Combo with Animate Dead + Worldgorger Dragon
Blinks Soulherder - This guy is good, grants you additional land (any land!)per turn with Golos plus it grows every turn. Aminatou, the Fateshifter - About to try this as soon as I get a copy of it, but seeing how good Soulherder I think this is good arranges top deck and blinks.
Essentials Seedborn Muse - combine with Alchemist's Refuge will grant you activation for each of your opponents! It's like a free 3 extra turn on 3 opponents! Wilderness Reclamation - also good gives you a semi Seedborn Muse effect Vorinclex, voice of hunger - More mana, more activation, slows your opponents. Mirrari's wake and Zendikar Ressurgent is also good.
I've considered all of those but wasn't sure if I wanted them in the list. I'll go and add them to the maybe piles to consider.
@speedstar, I like the Congregation at Dawn. I was looking at Shared Summons but this is so much better.
Don't know how I feel about Cascading Cataracts. It was in an original sketch of the deck but I found I never had trouble getting mana of the right colors that I needed to filter through it when goldfishing.
For both of you, I'll see if I've got an Alchemist Refuge. I know it's not much but I feel like I've got a copy around somewhere and I'd hate to have to buy it. I appreciate the help with the top end beef as well.
Your deck seems a bit all over the place. You run a few of the goodstuff cards for lands like gitrog, tatyova, et al, but there doesn't seem to be much of a unifying theme. For example, if you had a scapeshift in there, I could see cards like ob noxious the fallen, er ob nixilis the fallen and the other landfall payoffs, but I am not seeing a ton of other good land matters cards that win you the game...they just generate value.
For golos ability, I don't know that I like the ability to play on my opponents turns. I mean, yes, you can activate and get some free stuff with the alchemists refuge, but most of your best stuff wants landfall triggers and exiling lands seems bad. Failing that, you don't have a lot of continously awesome tutor to the top of your library. Vampiric tutor, imperial seal, etc. Yeah, I get it, those are expensive, but worldly tutor, enlightened tutor, and mystical tutor aren't too bad and frankly, to the top of the library is precisely where you want it if you aim for his ability. Failing those, something that fits the bill would be liliana vess or bringer of the black dawn. Bringer especially is beautiful in a deck like this.
I guess what I am asking is, what is your unifying theme?
Edit: I stand corrected on the tutors. Everything but the mystical tutor could be seen as awfully darned pricey. My apologies on suggesting expensive cards, but it can help with what you might be trying to do.
Here's the list and what I've got in my maybeboard at the moment

Congregation at Dawn - Tutors 3 creatures to top. Peregrine Drake + Deadeye Navigator + Grand Abolisher or Frilled Mystic for the win. Infinite mana.
Animate Dead + Worldgorger Dragon - Gives you infinite mana, also auto win if you tutored Sunscorched Desert out with Golos.
I've considered all of those but wasn't sure if I wanted them in the list. I'll go and add them to the maybe piles to consider.
