Help building a Dimir Land Destruction Deck

So I am trying to build Dimir land destruction, and want the following as my core:

drakeavril's DeckMagic Online OCTGN2 Apprentice Buy These Cards
Spells: 23 4 stifle 4 brainstorm 4 daze 4 force of will 4 sinkhole 3 fatal push	Creatures: 8 4 snapcaster mage 4 deathrite shaman Land: 20 4 polluted delta 4 marsh flats 1 swamp 1 island 4 underground sea 4 wasteland 2 extra land slots

I have 11 extra slots (2 land) that need to be filled. What is the best way to fill it? I feel like I would have a mana advantage over my opponent but low CA, what's the best way to counter this? Jace?
