Brainstorm seems weak without any fetchlands. Being able to shuffle away the chafe is part of what makes brainstorm good.
Otherwise, it just seems a bit slow. It's 9 mana to severance and belcher, and that's assumed to be spread out over a few turns. Part of what makes Belcher remotely viable is its speed and explosiveness. Dropping Belcher without being to activate it immediately leaves you open to K-Grip, Pridemage and Tin-Street Hooligan.

Okay...thanks for telling me how terrible my deck is, it'd be great if I could get some suggestions on how to improve it, too.
You could use some Lion's Eye Diamond, that is the best way to activate belcher. If you can't/won't use that, you could go in two directions:
- use Cabal Ritual. Including those would make your Tendrils of Agony look better.
- use Ancient Tomb.
To make room, I would remove:
- If you're going to play Cabal Ritual: Remove the Force Spike (4 free counters should be enough), and possibly a combination of Fabricate + Mana Severance.
- If you're going to play ancient Tomb, I suggest simply removing Force Spike, Tendrils fo Agony and 2 Underground River.
4 Fabricate
4 Mystical Tutor
COUNTERS
4 Force of Will
4 Daze
1 Force Spike
2 Lotus Petal
4 Underground Sea
4 Underground River
4 Dark Ritual
5 Swamp
6 Island
4 Duress
4 Brainstorm
WIN CON
4 Mana Severance
4 Goblin Charblecher
1 Tendrils of Agony
Thanks in advance,
Shrimp
