Well, the first time I saw Cascade, I immediately thought on Hypergenesis... but it seems is kind of a popular deck nowadays.
I want to make it different, but with potential. Also, is a good way to use my overcosted cards in a single deck :D. Also, new cards have appeared recently, so I can make a fun, yet overpowered deck indeed.
Main Differences:
1.- Rune-Scarred Demon: He is a Demonic Tutor, so he's able to search for my one Enter the Infinite in deck, or Emrakul or something I may need in the moment.
2.- Omniscience + Enter the Infinite: Playing these two cards should be an automatic GG. You have almost all your deck in hand, so you can play anything you wish. Since Maelstrom Wanderer gives haste, you shall not have problems killing your opponents, and Terastodon allows to kill key cards your opponent may have (like a Leyline of Sanctity or Solitary Confinement)
3.- Borborygmos Enraged + Enter the Infinite: Simply nuts... All your lands in your opponent's face, for 36 cheap damage, 72 with Gisela on the field.
4.- I put some 7 mana creatures, as well as Akroma's Memorial, since there is a chance that Maelstrom Wanderer cascade into these creatures or memorial, which is pretty nice indeed. Cascading into Rune-Scarred Demon and another cascade card will lead your Demon to get ANYTHING you need from the deck, and the cascade to use Hypergenesis again and cast the card you just searched.
5.- Terastodon and Massacre Wurm can be an alternate winning con, since you can kill 3 things they may have and place 3 elephants token. Having played 2 Massacre Wurm will destroy all the elephants you placed to the opponent, and will make them lose 4 life for each elephant destroyed... 12 life if you placed one Terastodon and 3 elephants, not a bad deal for cleaning up their field.
6.- Magister Sphinx is in case my opponent managed to have tons of life, let's say... four gazillion... I don't care, you have 10, and my creatures attack this turn also.
I may say the deck is pretty fun to play, specially when you play Omniscience and Enter the Infinite, is hilarious to throw all your lands to your opponent's face
17 lands seem more than enough, since I only need 3 mana to activate my cascades, and Simian also helps for the job. I'm trying to make this a total toolbox, and have a response to every situation my opponent makes for me, so there is no way they can be impervious.
Maelstrom Wanderer's cascade doesn't trigger off Hypergenesis
Not directly, the issue is that he may cascade into Demonic Dread, Bloodbraid Elf or Violent Outburst, which they will finally cascade into Hypergenesis (and most of the time, he cascade into one of those three options and another expensive thing)
You really want shardless agent in here over demonic dread for a couple of reasons:
Demonic dread requires you to have a target to cast which can be an issue against a couple of decks.
Shardless agent stops ethersworn canonist from completely shutting you down, and is better against thaalia.
You got a point... If I manage to sell my set of Boros Reckoner, I will definitely get a set of Shardless Agent over Demonic Dread :D, I have had that issue you mentioned a couple of times, is not fun to wait another turn to cast an elf.
JUND DRAGONSTORM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(because you totally can, and it's what im trying to make)
looks super good.
o_O Are you talking about my turbo dragon's deck? xDD seems you posted on the wrong thread, lol. Anyway, thank you very much I guess that deck is finally completed, it came the way I wanted it to go at last. I hope your dragonstorm deck becomes nasty too
Akroma's Memorial is good because it gives haste to my creatures (in case Maelstrom Wanderer doesn't show up), and well, is a better option than Fervor or other enchantments like that. Maybe there is another hastener creature I'm forgetting to add xD.
First time I made the deck, I ran 1 Maelstrom Nexus, but my deck was fast enough that Maelstrom Nexus never activated (once Hypergenesis touches the field, is a warranteed otk, so no next turn to make use of the nexus).
Yes, actually, I could make use of Aurelia, and she's Wanderer summonable too :), two battle phases on this deck is always bonkers. I will switch her between my EDH and this deck thanks for the suggestion
I wish they reprinted Hypnox T_T would be ultimate on this deck.
You should also think to protect your hand and Hypergenesis respectively from discarts and counters.
This deck has the same weakness of the normal hypergenesis' decks and you should work a lot on the sideboard.
Not sure if I'm ready to make a sideboard for this deck, since I'm still working up in my standard and modern decks. But I'm pretty aware of it, I'd like to add 4 Pact of Negation in a future, because, what worries me the most, is a counter to Hypergenesis, the deck wins automatically when I play the genesis, so I don't worry about paying 3UU the next turn, lol.
Well, that would be my first sideboard attempt, don't think is something I need to main up.
There has never been a land that enters the battlefield untapped unconditionally and taps for two colors unconditionally. That would be strictly better than a basic land
Where are you getting the mana to cast maelstrom wanderer and hypnox?
Mana? What's that?... Aah now I remember, those little particles on the environment, which planeswalker use to cast their spells. Well, I'm too lazy for that, so Hypergenesis resolves and I can play them for free... same case with Omniscience.

The only problem is cascading into Pact of Negation is horrible
Force of Will > Pact of Negation
Because if you cascade into it you don't win on the spot. I would try to run mostly blue creatures and pack 4 Misdirection and 4 Force
You got a point there, sir.
Definitely, I'll be switching out Pact of Negation for Force of Will... I don't find many good blue creatures for my deck, but Magister Sphinx, which can help me to defeat even somebody with infinite lifes. Any suggestions?

He's talking about how Hypergenesis does not "cast" the creatures, just puts them on the battlefield, so those creatures are very bad with Hypergenesis.
Hypnox only exiles opponent's hand if you "cast" him. If you cheat it with Hyper, you just have a vanilla 8/8 but you do not kill their hand!
Maelstrom Wanderer does not cascade if you play it with Hypergenesis. It's just "7/5 haste". That's it. No "cascade, cascade". That part gets ignored. You will never cascade with Maelstrom.
Be careful with Enter the Infinite too. You need Omniscience in play to cast Enter. Hypergenesis only lets you play permanents. It does not let you cast Enter the Infinite without paying its mana cost. Enter the Infinite is a dead card, does nothing at all, unless you have one of the 2 Omnisciences in play. You probably want 4 Omniscience at least.
If you want to make the most use of Enter the Infinite, here's what I would run.
The idea is here is to use Hypergenesis to cheat out Omniscience or Dream Halls for free (7 copies, likely to have one in hand). You can probably also drop Rune-Scarred Demon or Griselbrand (drawing 14 into Rune-Scarred) to get Enter the Infinite in hand and cast it for free, drawing your whole deck. Then you can cast the remaining fatties and immediately attack for lethal and win.
The combo should be quite consistent. Although you don't have 12 cantrips like OmniTell.dec, there are effectively 10 copies of Hypergenesis, 7 copies of Omniscience and 5-9 copies of Enter the Infinite. The chance of drawing an opener with all 3 pieces to go off is pretty good.
If you can't dig into Enter the Infinite or stick Omniscience, you might still be able to win with other fatties played. It's not like turn 1 Griselbrand with FoW backup is a bad play...
I was thinking about running this deck too but with some cards that make your opponent discards cards in their hand, because you know what if they run big beaters too.

Stick to cards like Shardless Agent, Violent Outburst and maybe Ardent Plea. These all cost 3 mana and don't require a target in play.
