MTG Salvation

I'm working on a standard maverick deck with Knight of the Reliquary, Green Sun's Zenith, Mother of Runes, Scavenging Ooze, Sword of Fire and Ice and so on. However, not only am I not running and Swamps or Black cards, but I'm not running the more sophisticated tempo cards like Gaddock Teeg and Aven Mindcensor. Instead, I'm running cards like Dauntless Escort and Rampaging Baloths to make it more fun and give Scavenging Ooze something more to digest since GW doesn't have its own removal. But, I want something that can either give it good draw because I want to do more for late game or in case the equipment gets destroyed or mother gets exiled/destroyed before I can use her, removal so I can adjust it to also feed Scavenging Ooze, or big field effects for low mana like what Dauntless Escort does so I can have some big effect from using green sun's zenith if I get overwhelmed with a big army like elves or soldiers or goblins.

There isn't much in green or white that inherently draws you cards. eternal witness is a +1 though. Its probably about the only thing in green that is a +1 by itself that doesn't cost at least 4 mana. Otherwise, you can search for just about anything with more than 4 mana in green and you'll find several options. There's also elvish visionary, but I don't think you really want that without also playing a playset of wirewood symbiotes...which then just means you should play elves.

Do you run an LD package? If so you could run a crucible to recycle your canopies for some additional card draw. Past that maybe Snake Umbra or Keen Senses

Pure GW gets its card draw from Horizon Canopy and 2 Sylvan Library. Also Sword of Fire and Ice. You can use Knight of the Reliquary and even Weathered Wayfarer to grab Canopies lategame to ensure a stream of card draw. Wayfarer is pretty easy to activate, since you can do it in response to cracking fetches / activating Knight / activating Wasteland / activating another Canopy.

This is an unconventional build that should be able to draw a lot of cards and make fat creatures.

Courser of Kruphix is something I've used in a couple of legacy decks. It's a somewhat passive card, but it can stand up to lightning bolt and block creatures with a power of 3 or less, it's a good way to get those land cards out of the way so you can get to the cards you want. Otherwise yeah, I use Green Sun's Zenith or I splash black or blue for drawing or sword of fire and ice if I'm against a delver deck and actually manage to somehow get a creature to survive.
Another direction you might want to consider is Collected Company which is pretty popular atm and is used in a number of high place legacy decks. It fits well with this GB maverick which mostly has cards with a CMC of 3 or less. With Collected Company you'll probably want to switch over to Noble Hierarch and a birds of paradise or two to make sure you have some kind of mana acceleration.
