I can test out Worm Harvest. It's not a $20 card so it won't break the budget. And no I am not you. I am the Alternate universe version of you. The one that picked dare during truth or dare and ended up in prison for mopery.
As for the Punishing Fire/Grove combo How many P.F./Groves should I run. a 1/2 split or P.F./Grove?
Going that route would cut the cost down a little bit. But what to cut besides the one Taiga?

Reasons:
You don't need multiple taiga maindeck. You'll have more than enough red with 4 Mox/3 Grove/1 Taiga
Barbarian Ring gets replaced by fires, and Nomad Stadium is bad.
You only need 3 fetch, you could play the 4th, but I find 3 to be enough (and I play 5 colors)
Factories are great, but produce colorless. Two is a good number for offensive and defensive, and you still have the fires + Natuko to back you up as well.
The extra explosives in the main helps with TNN and other things like Nimble Mongoose. You'll also find how useful EE locks with Academy ruins are, certain decks just scoop to it game 1.

Are you basically just playing the Savannah for the Cannonists? And is it really worth it?
It also adds an extra color for Engineered Explosives, but yes it's totally worth it.
Instead of Gamble, you can also try Enlightened Tutor, costs about the same $$ wise and you get to tweak your sideboard a bit with some silver bullets.

Since you are running the white splash, I'd definitely include Ethersworn Cannonist, or Thalia, guardian of Thraben.
Grudge and Ray aren't as good because post board they can get nuked by the same gravehate you are trying to avoid. Also, 3 grips + those is overkill.
The Seismic assault seems very out of place too, it gives you an alternate wincon, but once again, if your grave is nuked, you have no ammunition.
