Good news, I have spoken to the Moderators who have given me the all clear to do a primer.
I will start work, I have already got material from SpoCk0nd0pe, and will welcome any other submissions or links- full credit will be given!
I am likely to do it in parts- one on bant (creature) Stasis with the bounce-a-land/untap engines etc, then "turbo" stasis, with more emphasis on "soft lock" prison shells than than Frozen Aether/Ral Zarek hardlocks with lots of moving parts that do nothing on their own.
When the new primer is complete this thread will become archived.

People with belligerent signatures are trying to compensate for something....
I have done a couple of events recently with Urw stasis, I have done pretty well although there have been too many draws. I have lost just a couple, to Storm and my own Enchantress. Miracles I have been winning game one, which feels good. I even scraped past a t3 counterbalance lock when I was on the draw, and although I had Council's Judgement cast against me 3 times I still managed to deck it last night without actually landing Stasis. Was very interesting as he had to empty his hand and swords big mentor tokens to avoid lethal damage on one turn.
I have had to radically redesign my board to get Leylines in, and have maindecked a couple of Chrome Moxen to really help with acceleration into Fevered Visions, and have a back to basics as with the E tutor it really swings games like Eldrazi, acting as a one-sided Stasis - with Propaganda down they are in a hard place.
I am also looking at an Armageddon out of the board, which sounds wrong but since I am a prison deck with a Fevered Visions win con, and Propaganda/Tabernacle et al, the 'Geddon will allow me sometimes to be cast as an extra non-wear/tear-able Stasis type effect against decks like Miracles- it is obviously situational but with my need for just a land or two at any one time and permanents that tax it could be just what is wanted.
Null Rod in the board has been working really well.
The work on the bant section of the primer to be is drawing to a close, progress is good.....

With delver I need to hit a bounce/stifle t1 or get that t2 propaganda, or get a good force/daze thing going on past theirs. Grixis is not so bad, it is vulnerable to Back to Basics and is slower. Stasis follwoed by Tabernacle can be a blow out through against Rug delver- a 2cc wrath. Zuran Orb is very important too. Honestly Delver is not terrible, but it does vary.
I did beat a Belcher list with Leylines, Chills and Null Rod all down doing their thing the other day. Daze and FOW can be great against the more fragile combo lists, but on their own are never enough. I think Enchantress is the hardest type of combo for me- they can drop Serra's sanctum for huge amounts of mana.
That geddon could come in handy.
I have thought about meekstone a lot, not sure about it- could be worth a board slot....

It was for TES/ANT I swapped to 4 Leylines, 2 Cage and 2Null Rod mixed in the board, with a solitary Rule of Law for the toolbox. In my build if they go for a goblin token based win then I have the tabernacle Tax, the Leyline stops their other targeted wincons. They can echoing Truth a Leyline, can Hurkyl's the Rods/Cage if Leyline is not down(or Decay the Cage/Rods), can Decay or Truth the Rule of Law, but doing the lot is hard against a FOW deck.
Just a question of sheer volume of hate cards really, overload their ability to remove them all. I am not saying its easy, just winnable G2/3.
On a side note my list nor runs a Static Orb too, a card that is part Stasis part Propaganda, and which synergises well with Propaganda itself.
I will post my latest list soon.

Rule of Law is not Pyroblastable, Arcane Lab is- despite the pitch-ability of Arcane Lab it is better to be away from Blue if you can help it. The way the deck works gettin white is never an issue. There will be a new primer very soon, so this thread will be archived.....

Just got to say, you've definitely earned distinction as an MTGS hero

Because he's the hero MTGS deserves, and the one it needs right now. So we'll global him. Because he can take it. Because he's not just our hero. He's a silent guardian, a watchful protector. An expired rascal.

ExpiredRascals you sir are a god-like hero.
