I'm doing a birthday outing with my mother either Saturday or Sunday... if it's not Saturday, I'm a possibility for this one. Can't do 9-5 EST on a weekday anymore :(.
There is a slim chance that I might be able to join. 3PM isn't the time I usually look for nor have time for a draft, but if it's rainy and the kids are also playing online (LoL and NFS Most Wanted) I might have an opportunity to slip in a draft.
OK, time for another one, I think. Very unusually for me I'm free on a Saturday, so...
Well I vowed not to draft again until Gatecrash but this has convinced me to give it another go. I cannot guarantee that I'll be there as something can always come up, but I will do my best. I'd give it a 75% chance that I will join.
Would like to be there, but I can't plan that far ahead. Ask me again Friday Night.

Ambush Krotiq makes me laugh so much. I keep rereading the card and it keeps not having Flash. In what sense is this an ambush again? I just have visions of this huge Krotiq poorly concealed in some bushes, feeling slightly sad that his carefully planned ambushes never seem to work.
You really just need to embrace the rage. I keep a small colony of hamsters next to my computer and every time I lose a match to mana screw I throw one against the wall.
Timings
9PM Central European Time (UTC+1)
8PM London Time (UTC+0)
3PM New York Time (EST)
12PM (midday) Los Angeles Time (PST)
How
1) Log on to MtGO and type: "/join mtgslimited". If you dock the resulting chat window in the sidebar you should be able to see who else is on.
2) Make sure everyone has the packs and/or event tickets they need to join a draft. Also, make sure you have draft capture switched on, since it's interesting when two or more people post draftcaps of the same draft.
3) Check in the chat window that everyone's ready, then all join the Swiss queue at once. (We play Swiss since that maximises the chance of us actually getting to play one another.)
If you want to play and aren't listed above it's not too late to sign up. (Or just turn up on the night, but it's easier if we know who to expect.) If we end up with more than eight we'll just run two tables!

OK, so we're definitely on for tomorrow. A lot of uncertain signups, but we should get enough for a great draft!
Also: Axelrod, it's decision time!
Regretfully I have to report that the 25% chance that I would not be able to attend has been realized. I forgot that I have to take my kids to a birthday party on Saturday at 3 (and the meet up time is 1 pm in CA). It's one of THREE birthday parties I have to take them to this weekend. Yay.
This sucks, but I am going to have to back out too. I originally had plans to go out tonight, but they got moved to tomorrow. I am still free earlier on Saturday, but I am going out the door at 3pm EST =/
I still really want to do one of these and will keep my eyes open for the next one you organize.

Hey, I was giving myself until tonight....
But actually, looks like I'm going to the Carolina game tomorrow night, which starts at 6:00 p.m., meaning I probably don't quite have the time to squeeze this draft in first.

I should have checked this thread out earlier! Bah!
If there's still room for this shindig event to go down, I'm definitely in - I'm in the GMT-5 timezone (I believe that's EST...?), but I should be more than available to attend. All I do during the day is take care of my son and grind Limited events anyways...:D

Man this forum is crawling with stay at home dads.
Just wanted to confirm my attendance, I have it marked down and blocked out. I'll be there forcing yellow-purple grapplers.
Why should I work when my girlfriend brings home more than enough bacon for the both of us?
(I'm joking, just for reference - I'm a college student as well, so my schedule works out as staying at home most days.)
It's cool man, my wifey is the breadwinner here too. She easily quadruples what I could bring in on a journeyman graphic designers salary. Oh the shame!

Yes, of course. We don't ever cap numbers. If we get nine or more players we'll just split into two drafts. (I don't need to know what timezone you're in. It's up to you to work out when to turn up!)

I know, but with all the "maybes" and "possiblies" in the thread, I thought it'd be nice to get a definite yes with all the information along with it

Draft is in about two hours... at this rate we're only going to need half a table!
