How
1) Log on to MtGO and type: "/join mtgslimited". If you dock the resulting chat window in the sidebar you should be able to see who else is on.
2) Make sure everyone has the packs and/or event tickets they need to join a draft. Also, make sure you have draft capture switched on, since it's interesting when two or more people post draftcaps of the same draft.
3) Check in the chat window that everyone's ready, then all join the Swiss queue at once. (We play Swiss since that maximises the chance of us actually getting to play one another.)
Sign up by adding a comment here if possible, since it's helpful if we know to expect people.

It's more that people always overvalue removal. Really, if they make a card ":symb:: Sorcery: As an additional cost, get F'd in the A. Destroy target creature." people will say "removal is removal" and first-pick it.

I should be able to do it. I hope the timing is right
Let's plan one for a weekend some time as well so people on both sides of the pond are more likely to be free.
Yup, that would be good.
But just to remind everyone: I don't have some special privilege that lets me organise these. This thread is for everyone and anyone. Want to draft with friendly Salvation Limited people at some particular time? Just commit to turning up yourself and post the details in the thread. It's that easy! (Although probably don't do it right now because it gets a bit confusing when we have two pending drafts at once!)

The London timing is right by definition. The other are probably right, but feel free to check them!

I'd love to join in. However, if it takes as long as Swiss drafts often do, I might need to hit the sack after two rounds. If that's ok, MTGO nick is Sinivaara.
Sure, that's fine if you're OK with that. See you there, hopefully!

I see no indication that events are not working right now. Hopefully that means whatever problem you saw is fixed.
Note: It's the "Limited Queues" room you want, not "Release Queues".

Thanks to everyone who turned up and sorry to Heikke and Sene that you didn't get to play due to MtGO's queues being down.
It was a good draft and we have nearly a full set of draftcaps (Casual, can we have yours too please?). My writeup is here, with links to the others and table positions.
PS. Any of you US types who could make this draft due to timing, now would be a great time to organise your own. Just sayin'.
