Hey guys I've been testing a goblin deck that seems promising. The core of the deck is basically 3 cards: Quest for the goblin lord, kuldotha rebirth, and Mogg war marshal. Then the deck plays a few more goblins including goblin chieftain which works very well with the aforementioned token cards and then a whole bunch of blood moons (including magus of the moon) and a few artifacts for rebirth. deck looks like this
First off, consider Goblin Guide, it's one of the best creatures ever printed, and is a Goblin. Warren Instigator is a personal favorite, but depending on what other ways you have to dump your hand out, it might not be necessary.
Second, I'd consider other artifacts that would be better to rebirth off of, though I'm not sure what they would be. Maybe Chromatic Star instead of the Bauble so you get to draw a card, like the Spellbomb, which is also kind of weak. Blowing up a Citadel might work lategame, but you also don't want to limit yourself too severely. Everflowing Chalice or Aether Vial might be cheap-ish Rebirth enablers that can also ramp and dump your hand, respectively. The Citadels are extra painful with all the R in your casting costs, and since you're using them more as spells - essentially a cost for Rebirth - than for mana, and eating up a land drop with that can be brutal.
So the War Marshal I assume you'd rarely want to be paying the Echo cost, yea?
At 3CMC in Goblins, I would rather Boggart Ram-Gang than the second lord in Goblin King, his Mountainwalk ability is just not worth it. (Maaaybe out of the sideboard, for the right matchups, in the place of the Chieftain.)
Seige-Gang Commander instead of Ib Halfheart? Ib can be neat, but it's a scary investment sac'ing Mountains for creatures...
Also, I don't think it's seen much Constructed play, but maybe Rise of the Hobgoblins? Not sure Goblins wants to have enough land in play to make it worthwhile.

This is why I started playing magic in the first place. It wasn't PT aspirations just making noobs cry by doing things that are perfectly fair.
Goblins:
4 Kuldotha Rebirth
4 Mogg War Marshal
4 Goblin Chieftain
4 Goblin King
1 Ib halfheart, Goblin tactician
3 Blood Moon
3 Magus of the moon
Artifacts:
4 Panic Spellbomb
4 Mishra's Bauble
1 Pyrite Spellbomb
4 Darksteel Citadel
I'm basically looking for some card ideas that could make the deck better. A lot of it can be cut or changed outside of those 3 core cards.

Goblin Grenade is also neat with Kuldotha Rebirth.
